My filter sprung a leak and I called The Water Heater Whisperer to stop the leak. When they came out and saw the situation I had going on they gave me an option for repair and a replacement option with zero maintenance on my part. I am elderly woman and those filter cartridges are expensive and heavy. He explained the pros and cons of every option and made the process pain free for me. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need.
