Marksman Builders Inc has been building in Placer, Nevada, and El Dorado counties since 1983. We are a fully licensed and insured contracting business. Our specialty is residential construction - custom homes and remodels. We work with local designers to help clients achieve home plans that meet their needs and expectations. We also are glad to give a price quotation on existing plans. Having 37 years of building experience in the Gold Country we realize the special conditions and challenges of construction in the area. "Over the years I have worked with several contractors/builders and Marksman Builders has been the best. They delivered on every aspect of our complete older home remodel. Last summer we started with just ideas on a piece of paper and Emma and her team worked with the designer, engineer to retain the charm of our older home and give it an open modern look. The entire process from obtaining building permits to the final details were professionally completed within the estimated timeline and budget. As the project took shape we had several change orders that were seamlessly integrated into project. Friends, family, and other building professionals have commented on how “awesome” our new house looks. Marksman Builders is now building a very custom engineered carport and garage for us with the same professionalism and attention to every detail.
