"Mr. Flores and his crew showed up 10 minutes early; went to work straight away; were very fastidious in preparing their work areas and cleaning up after their work was done; were knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Please note: This was the first time I had used their services and met Mr. Flores; and he is not a relative or friend of mine. I have already arranged with him to return and do other projects. I also referred him to my relatives - some of whom are perfectionists regarding work done on their homes."

"Great builder to work with. Matt and Jeff were on time each day they were to work. They repaired a composite deck, a laundry room wall and put new dry wall on a covered porch. Matt and Jeff are very easy to work with. I would hire them before any other contractors. My personal rating for them is an A+."

"First of all, they are very expensive. I needed two sections of drywall repaired that were a maximums of 6 inches by 6 inches. The estimate was $789.00. At first I laughed this off as a contractor who had more work then he could handle at the time, and so created an absurd invoice. Unfortunately, the work was being done is in a rental house that I own and the tenants are inconvenienced every time that I have a contractor creating an estimate. I decided against my better judgement to go with someone who is ridiculously priced but had good reviews. Bad idea. After they completed the work they added another $110.76 for a "materials" fee, which was not added to the previous invoice. $798.00 is absurd for 3 hours of work and $20 in materials. (I know this because I have do this myself.) $890.76 is criminal."

He was done with 1000 sq ft plus all the changes that came up due to Engineer and bldg inspector. He even agreed to take on extra work. He also did an addition on the main house! Talk about flexible. "Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."
