"Called via phone, asked for an estimate and was quoted a great price. I called another company prior to calling 5 Star Plumbing and another company wanted to charge me 4 times the amount. Peter arrived early, installed the part, and tested the water heater. Provided excellent work and customer service. Highly recommend and would use his services again. "Our water heater stopped working while we had three newborn grand kids visiting at the same time for Easter. Mr. Bellas called me himself and was at our home within a few hours. In less than an hour from his arrival he had our thermal coupler replaced and our unit was back in action as he had a replacement coupler with him. I would definitely hire Mr. Bellas again. ."

"Great service tech. replaced a capacitor and got us up and got us running. Cleaned the unit as well. Joined the Shamrock Club. WATCH OUT FOR THE FREE PLUMBING INSPECTION!! Was an excuse to try and sell us a new hot water system for $10,500.00. Service is good ... say no to Plumbing Inspection"
