All the reviews I read for Hotco were accurate. Prompt response to my inquiry, prompt pricing…(and reasonable,) arrived as scheduled, the work took roughly the amount of time that was estimated… David from Hotco was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He even showed me some of the gunk that collected the bottom of the water heater, and caused its failure. I really can not think of a better experience I’ve had with a service provider. And yes, I’m a real person. :)
