They lied about the pipe being broken underground. After digging 2 feet in my living, found out it was not broken.

Technician Jack responded immediately & solved the problem. Followed up the next day with a camera inspection. Discovered bigger problems & we arranged to have them repaired. Jacob was very helpful & explained every detail. Great group of guys!!!

Team Rooter personnel were very professional and thorough. They worked extremely long hours from early morning to evening. They had necessary equipment making the job complete and were able to diagnose further with our Senior Community officer as the job extended beyond our property line.
