A A Septic Pumping Inc

I asked them to fix my plumbing issue. They told me that I needed a pump out of my septic tank. They charged me double because my tank was 4' in the ground. They pumped it out and now 3 weeks later I still have a plumbing back up issue. Now they think they need to replace the pump! For another $425. Why didn't they check that the first time they were here?!

Not the usual septic company I use in Jax however they did show up the same day. Extremely overpriced as compared to other local companies. On top of that the driver left no invoice and I had to call for 2 days to get them to fax me a copy.

They pumped out the septic tank but then told us we needed a new drain field on one of them and that if we hired him on the weekend we wouldn't have to go through the company and it would be cheaper; $2,500 vs the companies $5,000! Not a reputable company at all!

In Nov. 2012 my septic tank sump pump failed and I called AA Septic to replace it. They installed the first one when we built the house. We had LOTS of problems with them in the early years so I should have known better than to call them now. But they had changed the name from AAA to AA( should have been a clue) so I thought I'd give them another try.  This newest pump failed and was stripping the breaker for 1/2 my house. I called them and was informed they were behind due to the holiday, which was understandable.  They said they would call the next afternoon to make the appointment to inspect what was wrong.  My wife called them at 1 to see what time so she could run errands. She was told they'd call between 3 and 4 that day. By 6 pmwe had not heard from them at all.  It was at this time I called another service company, Metro-Rooter.  They promised to have the technician out the next morning.  I called AA and informed them I don't want their service and was spoken to very rudely for cancelling. I'll NEVER go back there. Please no one else as they are not  reputable , caring for customer company.

They are just a shady business. They offer to do work under the table and with me being a police officer, this is completely wrong. I know even the drivers will offer to do something extra without involving the boss. They tried that with me and also offered to pump out my dad's second well at a cheaper price.

In September 2012, they were doing work at my father's home. While there, they ran into my boat with their truck. My father said they not only damaged the boat but also the jack on the trailer. The handle for the jack was broken off and missing as if someone tried to fix it. I spoke with Wayne and he said get an estimate, no problem, we'll take care of it. He said he didn't want to report it to insurance as it would make the insurance go up. Wayne would never talk to me when I called with an estimate. I spoke with Sandy and she said she spoke to the driver who said he didn't hit it.

A A Septic Pumping tore up the whole yard and did not put sod back. They wanted money up front and did not finish the work until we went to the media to expose them. When the media contacted them they showed up the next day. It took over 6 months of living like we were.

AA Septic Tank Pumping did a good job. They arrived on time. I was very happy that they cleaned up very well before they left. I didn't have to do a thing.
