"Top-notch installation! The new HVAC system is super efficient and the crew explained everything clearly. They handled the entire job with care. I feel the temperature difference immediately?very satisfied!"

"We noticed a foul smell coming from one of the vents in our HVAC system. We turned the system off and called AC Dave. Dave sent Justin and James to troubleshoot the problem. They quickly found a tear in one of our ducts--and the remains of a dead rodent. They cut open the duct, cleaned it and resealed it. We had heat again, about an hour after they arrived. Very fast and competent service."

"This review is about Air Duct Professionals and I want you to know that I finally found a company that was honest and professional. Because when I was at the end of my wits trying to figure out who was telling me the truth, I called Ed Mack the owner and he was reassuring that my home was not that old to be having all these problems. He referred me to a website for the Air Duct Cleaners Association and read about what air duct cleaning really does. So I had Air Duct Professionals come out to the inspection and they have an actual HVAC guy on their staff. Immediately looking at how new and well maintained our air system was in the attic, he told us those other companies were trying to scam us. Air Duct Professionals did a great job cleaning out all of our air ducts and dryer vent and cleaning up after themselves. I whole-heartedly recommend this company for their professional work and honesty."

"Worked with Tim - was looking for new HVAC system. He was honest and provided the best price for what you got (literally thousands of dollars cheaper from other options I was finding). Was very communicative and easy to work with. He made sure to educate you on the ins-and-outs of HVAC systems, and did not try to upsell you like other companies might do. He and Efficiency Air definitely got me as a new continued client."

"Haroon provided excellent HVAC service from start to finish at Help-Me HVAC LLC. He was professional, punctual, and courteous, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was efficient, the workmanship was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Help-Me HVAC LLC and Haroon for reliable HVAC service."

"Installed a new HVAC system. They were punctual and professional. I'm very pleased."

"The technician came and evaluated our problem which we thought was heating and air conditioning but we were told that the heating was very good but some part went out on the air conditioning unit. He was honest and took the time to explain what we did not need and made sure we paid for only what was wrong with the unit. We are signing up for the preventive maintenance program. Sorry I can't remember the nice man's name but he was wonderful."

"Kayvan was a wonderful service tech! He was on time and professionally checked out the water heater and the HVAC system. He was so polite and friendly. He explained the need for a new filter in the heating unit and showed me photos of the unit located in the attic.
