David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. "I've used them a couple of times. I don't think they were the cheapest. It was a big job, so at least three people came to complete the service. It was very clean when they left. They were very punctual, they cleaned up after themselves. They had to cut a hole in our attic; they installed an attic door that we provided to them at no extra charge because they needed to get up there anyway. Their estimator was really friendly knowledgeable, he was excellent."

The guys were professional, courteous, explained what they were doing and why, and couldn't have been nicer. "We had no heat, and we had other companies come out and they said we had to replace our system. DNA heating and cooling came out and recommended we replace our system, but did offer other options. We opted to repair versus replace for the time being and the system has worked thus far. We would highly recommend this company as they were gloves, masks and booties over there shoes. The technician was extremely thorough with the unit, and he was able to communicate with me so I was able to understand and make an informed decision. Quickly diagnosed the problem (where previous plumbers could not), fixed the water pressure valve, advised me on do's and don't in use of the Noritz system. He also advised me that I should change the cap on the water heater, which was confirmed by the Noritz representative when I called the company. I would recommend Baltica any day to any one. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Reasonable prices. If you have tank-less water heater, don't use just any plumber, use Noritz certified technician. My heaters were previously incorrectly installed by licensed plumber, but he did not have experience with tankless."
