Then the first 2 and half days worked for hours in the pouring rain. They didn’t miss a day. It took a little longer but that was fine with me. Every crew member was friendly, polite and very detailed oriented. The last two days of the project, again worked in the pouring rain. You could tell they were proud of their work. The final project was completed today. We could not be happier. I will post photos when I get a chance to get them off of the camera. Thank you Kent for an amazing job! "I called a couple companies about my Dyna Flame 3000G fireplace that was not working. After talking with one company that told me Dyna Flame was out of business, and replacement parts could not be found, I was discouraged. I decided to call around some more for other opinions. One other company did not get back to me. Gary called me back, and we scheduled an appointment. He came out, checked a number of things, and finally zeroed in on the high temperature device. He was able to find a replacement in his truck, and now I have a working fireplace.
Given the estimate of $3000-$6000 dollars to replace my fireplace from the other company, I was quite happy to pay Gary the $200 for the service call and part. Thanks Gary!

"The sweep did a great job.  He cleaned a fireplace that opens on two sides.  He was very careful about taping off the side of the fireplace that would not be accessed to clean the flue.  Tarps were laid to prevent spreading of soot, etc.  The job took less than an hour.  He was also very good about recommending how to clean our gas logs to prevent the buildup of carbon dioxide over time.
