I had a good experience with DENNIS COOK Roofing. We went back and forth on an agreement to give me a fair price that included everything I was interested in. In addition to re-roofing my home, they were also able to enclose an open atrium, remove and reinstall my solar and install new gutters. They have awesome equipment to work fast and efficient. Something I really appreciated was the office staff keeping in touch with me throughout the project, sending me links to pictures they were taking of everything each day as the job progressed. The supervisor also texted me with a good recommendation to provide two skylights instead of the original plan to install just one. It worked out really well and didn't cost me extra. They matched the paint perfectly on the new fascia and shiplap on the eaves. My new roof looks great!

This company is great. Dennis had done the roof for us many years ago, but it started leaking during hard rains. Dennis came and fixed the leak, then gave us an estimate to redo our roof. After we contracted with Dennis and a date was set, the job was started and completed in about 2.5 days. The team of workers came at 7:30 AM on May 25, (as promised) and removed the old shingles. They completed the removal and cleanup in about 3 hours. They put down tarps around the house before starting the removal and cleaned everything up before they left. Later that day, the new roofing materials were delivered. Friday morning about 6:30 AM, the roofer arrived and worked all day. He had to repair a few bad places and install the shingles. He completed the major portion of the work on Friday, then returned about 8 AM on Saturday and had the job done by early afternoon. We are very pleased with the new roof and the efficiency of the workers. They even did some extra work cutting back bushes and trees that were in the way. I recommend Dennis Cook Roofing very highly and I will use them again.

They did it awesome! They worked over thanksgiving 2016, and got done just in time, literally packing up their truck as the rain came in, while my house was warm and dry. I was provided a lien release upon request, and the work was done before I laid out cash so I did not feel that payment risk contractors sometimes request when they aren't adequately capitalized. Next day, the HVAC guys complimented my roof, saying they see a million of them and they are tough to impress but mine looked great. Shingle: Landmark Solaris Platinum - it reflects the sun's radiation and keeps house cooler.

Their pricing was pretty cheap compared to a previous guy who was charging more. They were efficient and friendly. They got the job done pretty quickly even though it was really hot. I would use them again in the future.

"I do not recall this job or person.I wonder why they waited 14 years to do this review? I also wonder why they didn't call us and give us a chance to remediate the alleged problem? We have always been easy to work with and have always gone back to fix anylittle problems.The leaks may have been on a flat roof below the sloped shingle roof that they didn't have us re-roof. I also wonder why they gave us a "C" grade since they were willing to hire us again. It all looks suspicious to me, like maybe a non customer wrote the review? Anyone reading this, please Google our Company name and see all the postive reviews and our A+ Better Business Bureau rating, for many years.Thanks for reading this, Dennis Cook"

Dennis and his son Adam were very responsive to the initial request for a repair quote, when most other roofers were "too busy" during the heavy rains. Adam showed up "on time" on the designated day, and did a thorough inspection of the leak and roof problems. Adam even went as far as to "take pictures" of the weathered/worn roofing and showed them to me, indicating where the problem leaks were probably occuring. Once Adam provided the "estimate", we asked if he could do the work "immediately". Adam called and verified with Dennis, and initiated the quoted repairs "on the spot". This was very much appreciated, as more heavy rains were on the way. Adam mentioned that the original roof, appeared to be well installed, so the repair should fix all of the leaking issues... Neither Adam nor Dennis, attempted to pressure or sale me into a "new roof"; although they will be on my short-list, when the time comes for a new roof. Very professional, courteous and responsive. Highly recommend their services.

Everything was excellent. Dennis took plenty of time and explained everything in detail during the estimate. During the work he kept me informed at all times, even when the crew was going to be late due to traffic. The crew cleaned up well each day and at the end of the job. I highly recommend Dennis and his company.

Dennis's roofers were not always truthful with him, resulting in his thinking aspects of the job were completed when they were not. He was not on site to supervise or check their work until we told him to come look with us and fix the problems. His guys broke one of the fascia boards on the garage and he failed to take responsibility for or repair the damage.

THE CREW WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY, EVEN WHEN IT STARTED TO RAIN. ONCE THEY WERE DONE, IT WAS LIKE THEY HAD NEVER BEEN HERE - NOT A TRACE OF DEBRIS ANYWHERE.
