John came out this morning on time, accessed the project, called his crew and made it happen today. The crew of three arrived with the materials they needed, worked non stop and installed the 110 lb farm sink and above range microwave wave oven in just under 4 hours. They did a great job and cleaned up the mess. Would certainly use them again."

They are qualified contractors and they do an excellent job from the framing to the drywall and paint. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"He was the general contractor for the project and sent out a painter. I had requested for a seam between the two rooms to be fixed and that was my main concern. The painter really didn’t do what I asked him. He then offered to come back out to fix everything. We fixed some of it ourselves, but the painter did end up having someone else to fix it. The general contractor did offer us Price cut because of all the problems. I would never use the painter again. However, he made right on everything. They were very apologetic and nice on the phone, I just wasn’t happy with the recommendation on the painter."
