They are qualified contractors and they do an excellent job from the framing to the drywall and paint. They did the remodel in my previous home which was a model home and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. "It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"He was the general contractor for the project and sent out a painter. I had requested for a seam between the two rooms to be fixed and that was my main concern. The painter really didn’t do what I asked him. He then offered to come back out to fix everything. We fixed some of it ourselves, but the painter did end up having someone else to fix it. The general contractor did offer us Price cut because of all the problems. I would never use the painter again. However, he made right on everything. They were very apologetic and nice on the phone, I just wasn’t happy with the recommendation on the painter."
