We have known the family that own this business, for over 20 years. They were/are neighbors, friends, and became family. They were born, raised around, and worked in all the trades, in the industry. They're integrity, and ethics, as well as values and morales are exempulary. Noone is perfect but I can say that this family stands behind everything they do and believe. If your looking for quality with the kind of customer service that this review describes, this is the company for the job.

They are the most fabulous! I'm very happy with the job, they did great and walk me through everything. They help me with everything. They did a wonderful job and I've got nothing but praise for them.

The service was fantastic. They were responsive, quick, and the pricing was appropriate, it was extremely reasonable.

My wife and I are very pleased with Frontline Consultants & Contracting. We have needed to replace our roof for sometime now and Frontline gave us a more then reasonable price. They were very upfront with costs before and during the process. Calling and keeping us updated every step of the way. Everyone we talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to complete our roof within two days, in the hot AZ heat. They made sure all sides of the house were cleaned up before they left. Overall, we are very pleased withe outcome of our brand new roof and appreciate the craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them to someone and use them for future projects.

While we were first dubious about having someone who came to our front door offering to do our roofing, we definitely were not disappointed. Anthony saw our job through from beginning to end. He worked closely with our insurance company and all work was done just as promised. We absolutely would recommend Frontline for your roof replacement and plan on calling them in the fall to do our exterior painting.

After storms blew off some roof shingles, we turned to Angie’s List for recommendations and referrals for a roofer. We chose Frontline Consultants because of their 5-star rating. Logan came to our home and led us through the insurance claim process. His knowledge, expertise, accessibility and non-patronizing attitude with us made him a pleasure to work with. Our other contact was Nicole in the office, and she, also, was great. If we left a message for either of them, our call was promptly returned. We were told by Logan that the complete job with tear down of existing shingles and re-roofing would be completed in one day .. it was and it was done well and the cleanup was excellent .. no nails or pieces of shingle left behind.

November 2018 we hired Frontline Consultants LLC to replace the shingles on our house. The new shingles were installed by another contractor who did an excellent job. However Frontline Consultants LLC furnished a different color shingle than the one we requested. I called and told Frontline Consultants LLC that the shingles were the wrong color when the roof was about a third complete. Frontline Consultants LLC came after the other contractor had all the shingles on the roof. He told us that they may not have been color we requested, but they were the color of shingles he ordered. Frontline Consultants LLC demanded full payment for the project. We told him the shingles were the wrong color and some of the minor work on the roof was not completed. He told us if we didn’t pay him immediately, he would call the sheriff. We asked him what he was going to do about placing the wrong color shingles. He said “too bad” but that was the color of shingles he ordered. He again threatened to call the sheriff and started to dial his telephone. However, it was only a threat and he actually dialed his associate, who we placed the shingle order with. The associate arrived at our house and acknowledged that the color of the shingles placed on the house were not the color of the shingles we had discussed. Frontline Consultants LLC not only threatened to call the county sheriff, he threatened a lawsuit and to rip the shingles off our roof and leave us with no shingles. If Frontline Consultants LLC had placed the correct color of shingles, we had requested we would have been happy. But Frontline Consultants LLC was very confrontable when things did not go his way and acted like a bully rather than have a rational discussion with us. We have contacted Frontline Consultants LLC about completing the remaining minor work, but after ten weeks then still have not returned to complete that work. We would not recommend others to use Frontline Consultants LLC as a contractor.
