Replaced main waterline to house in one day.

Wonderful experience with City Wide. Came out for an estimate on a Monday, gave a VERY fair price compared to other quotes I had received, and started and completed the job the very next day (main water line replacement). I couldn't have asked for an easier or better experience!

Very pleased with the professionalism and work done to reroute our main water line. Work was completed in a timely manner and all of the folks working on the project were great!!!

Very happy with the response and service supplied by City Wide Plumbing. Replaced the water main to the house the same day they came out for service. Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in one day. Had to dig up the yard to replace the main and when they were finished you could hardy tell it had been dug up. Marcos was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them in the future and will use them again.

Fast service, convenient, respectful peoples. Main water line broke on Thursday night, called Friday morning intimated and agreed on price. Came in Saturday and worked all day, had water Saturday night. Great service. Highly recommend.

They showed up fast, with protective mask ,on time and work was done with no leaks. Only problem I have the price of work and parts charged are definitely overpriced.in my case approximately $150 -$200 over charged. When your over a barrel , have kids in the house and need running water what can you do except be over charged and pay.

Outstanding plumbers. Completely replaced water main in one day. Completely cleaned up after. So clean that you could not tell that a major project was completed. Staff was friendly and professional. I recommend this company.

We had City Wide Plumbing come out to our house to give us an estimate to run a new sewer line. We got estimates from a few companies and City Wide was one of the companies to give us the best price. They also have us a great price on replacing our main water line. We felt that they presented themselves the best so we hired them for the job. They started the job the very next day and got the job done in a very timely manner. The whole crew was very polite and courteous through the whole process. They were very informative every step of the way. They also did a great job at putting our yard and landscaping back together when they were done. We will definitely use them again for our next plumbing problem.

They were an hour late. Gave me one price, but wrote up contract for a higher price. My bad, I signed it, since I was working with 2 contractors on different projects at same time. So carefully read the invoice! They also charged $25 gas fee ... not included in thr quote. System started leaking shortly after they left. They came back - again an hour late - and wanted another $275 to fix. I argued with manager, since they advertise guaranteed customer satisfaction. He said they would replace the leaking part for cost. Ok cool ... but then took them several weeks to get the part. Then they try to charge me double for the part! Only after I showed them I could get the part online for half what they quoted did they lower their price to meet that price. Stay away!

i would use them again because their lead sales person very qualified explanation, the fact he got a permit from the city and finished quickly.
