Jason, the owner of Miele Floors was great to work with. The price was fair and excellent workmanship. I would highly recommend Miele Floors. We really love our new floors!

John and Joel did an excellent job of installation. They installed my LVP as if they were doing their own house! John selected the planks from the carton so there was a true random pattern. Jason, the owner, was very concerned that we got exactly what we wanted in product and the completed project. He wouldnâ t accept the balance of our payment until we assured him we were satisfied. I will definitely use Miele Floors again and highly recommend them.

The overall experience was excellent. The owner. Jason, was always accessible when I had questions. All employees knew their job and did great work. Floor installer Troy, did a great job. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them highly.

Jason worked patiently with us to select the right carpet for our job. The installer did professional work with the installation. Installers were top notch. Even though we ran into several unique problems along the way caused by an uneven floor and some termites, they managed to solve the problems and complete the job. The final result was a great looking floor. I heartily recommend Miele Floors to anyone looking for carpeting or a new floor.

Jason and his crews were fantastic. They offered an install date weeks earlier than other companies. They had a great selection of high-quality flooring options. The demo process of the old flooring was quick, and the clean up afterward was good. The tile install was really well done and looks great. The outdoor area where the tile sawing, etc. took place was left cleaner than it was before the job started. Throughout the process, all the people we encountered were very polite and accommodating (we were occupying the home during the entire process). There were no hidden costs. We knew the exact pricing before the work started. Top marks all around!

Miley flooring was very accommodating and very businesslike. Troy was a gentleman who put my new flooring in took out four bedrooms and four closets worth of carpet and removed with vinyl flooring. Very careful moving furniture in molding around rooms. Replaced all the molding and caught it so the rooms look like new.

Jason was very personable and was knowledgeable about his products. His installer did an excellent job and we are very happy about the job. The floor looks great and we would highly recommend Miele Floors.

Hired them last year to replace the living room carpet with vinyl flooring. This month had them back to do the same in or bedroom. The farther and son team worked quickly and did a great job, cleaned up afterwards too !

Excellent installation. Really happy with the final product.

Jason Miele took time to help us choose appropriate flooring and colors . He got to work in a short amount of time to get the plumber, and glass doors scheduled for our walk in corner shower stall. He stayed in contact . He is enthusiastic, cares about the service and quality and was considerate to our budget limits. We would recommend his company . This changed our Prescott property, dramatically for the better.
