"Avoid!!!! Avoid!!!! Avoid!!!! I'm filing a complaint with the City of Phoenix, Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General! I hired this guy to pour a driveway. We dug it out specifically to be below the existing grade of our garage and slope it away from the house. He flat out refused to pour the driveway lower than the garage and he poured it level so now it floods every time it rains. I'm going to have to go through considerable expense to have it all done again. I've had several other jobs done by this man, always quality problems, but this just takes it! I asked him to bust out and re-do it, he just laughed at me. I'm so ******! Avoid at all costs!"

"April 2020. I was selling a property outside of Williams, AZ. I had to have the septic tank pumped and inspected. I called several numbers in the Williams area with no results. I was actually hesitant to call Cyclone because of the reviews. I needed results fast so I called Cyclone in desperation. To my surprise the call was immediately answered by Mark, the NEW recent owner of Cyclone Septic. He was very helpful and set up an appointment for the very next day. He said he would call me to let me know he was there and to advise me of his findings. The very next day Mark called as promised and had positive news. He submitted his inspection report to the tile company the next morning. I was extremely pleased with his service. He said he has been battling the previous owner's bad reviews. A homeowner can be held liable for hitting a gas line in some cases, but contacting the proper authorities and following all guidelines can offer protection.
