Even before I hired them he called me to know of his arrival time 10 minutes early for the estimate. On time, gave me a detailed cost and exactly what they intended to do and what I needed done. He was on time, let me know when 10 minutes before arrival each day. His staff was courteous and they did a thorough job, which took them 3 days, to complete.
