I was helping a special needs person and she needed some emergency work done on her toilet. Joe was so kind to get someone right away to help her. I suspect Eric and Jerry gave up
their lunch time to help someone in need. Special needs people do not know what to do for small problems they encounter. It is a blessing to know Joe and his team are willing to help. Many thanks to Joe, Eric, and Jerry. I know this lady will be a customer for life. I will also, when I need their services. I will be spreading the word among the special needs population. Needed to order and return two days later with new part they ordered. Somewhat challenging to remove the old part from behind the wall. Did this within no damage to tiles.

Plumber of Tucson was the best, most cost effective and easy going company of all we interviewed. Their plumber Joe was professional, kind, hard working and patient as we learned about our new water heater. He did a perfect job of installing as well as clean up. This is a 5 star professional company. Our neighbors recommended them after they were so very pleased with Plumber of Tucson. Furthermore, Alma who took our phone calls for scheduling was polite, professional and extremely accommodating. I would recommend them without any hesitation. And did I mention they were the most cost effective of the 6 companies we received estimates from!

I was pleasantly surprised by the water heater replacement performed by Plumber of Tucson. The two plumbers who stoped over for a formal estimate discussed alternative options to the existing gas unit (as I had requested). After a thorough and informative discussion, my decision was easy. The gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable. They not only answered all my questions but also gave me maintenance tips. The installation cost was very competitive (far less than most estimates I got). I will definitely contact this company for future plumbing needs.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I was able to get my water heater installed in a very quick time. The 2 men that installed it was very knowledgeable of how to install it. I'm satisfied with their work and would reccomend them again. Their prices were more reasonable than some other companies that I had checked out. More likely I'll use them again for other projects.
