"Owner David Ormsby runs a professional, customer-focused landscape company and his crews (landscapers, masons, mechanical/irrigation) represent that same professionalism and customer focus. I'd originally contracted with one of David's managers and everything seemed like it was on-track. Unfortunately, the original project manager left the company and I was concerned about a smooth transition, largely because the landscape effort had yet to begin as we waited on a pool company to complete their work. David stepped up, contacting me directly, and together we formulated a timetable and refined landscape plan that not only worked around the pool company's stops and starts, but successfully overcame some problematic issues caused by the pool company. I was particularly impressed with David's landscape crew leader, Gil. Gil's team arrived on-time each day and aggressively tackled the myriad tasks of site prep, grating, shaping, planting, and irrigating. Their effort culminated with distribution of a large amount of landscape rock. Along the way, we were able to confer and rework some small aspects of the design as the reality on the ground was sometimes different than what we'd imagined or visualized. The masonry crew was equally skilled and professional. Their work on our BBQ island, fire pit, and block wall extension exceeded our expectations. Throughout the process, David's communication with us was consistent and his responsiveness to our questions and requests was gracious, helpful, and ultimately customer service oriented. My comparison of landscape contractor's found two similar companies, but the services offered and the overall project price quoted made All-Terrain Landscape Creations my choice. Not only would I endorse All-Terrain Landscape Creations, but I'm committed to establishing a longer-term relationship for seasonal maintenance and some changes to my front yard in the near future."
