Excellent company to work with from beginning to end, Converted a one car attached garage to a living space. Workers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Workers and project manager did a great job of communicating with us as through each stage of the process.

A 2 month bathroom remodel turned into 7 months. There was zero oversight to the project. Things had to be done and redone multiple times to get them right. I had to hire a plumber after they finally left to fix a leaky shower and an ill installed toilet. Do yourselves a favor and hire another construction company. These people do not know what they are doing!!

This company guaranteed a bathroom remodel in 1 month. It took them 5 months to complete. Their workmanship is poor and below standard.They had to redo everything at least twice. Had to hire a professional flooring company come out to do the job correctly. They are unprofessional, and unethical. Multiple lies, including assuring me that they had all materials prior to starting the project.

We had a great experience with Cactus Nectar and our remodel. We removed walls, increasing our kitchen size redid floors in all the rooms except guest room and completely redid 2 bathrooms. We LOVE our master bathroom and how it turned out. As with any remodel we had a couple hiccups but Scott was extremely responsive and made everything right. They live the model of “the customer is always right.”

If you're considering a large-scale home improvement project, you'd be smart to hire CactusNectar! During our first meeting with Scott we explained our vision for our new outbuilding, a 900 sq. ft. pottery studio. He was attentive and fully understood the scope of the project. The architectural plans we gave him turned out to be somewhat lacking, but Scott went above and beyond by meeting the staff at the Oro Valley plans and permits office in person, and correcting our plans using his own team. As a home inspector and former contractor myself, Scott and crew valued my inputs and were amazing to work with. Communication was frequent and follow-up was timely, productive and accurate. Big projects never go as planned, and we made Scott's job tougher by throwing several change orders at him - including three different ceiling designs! His team just rolled on, never showed a hint of frustration, and exceeded our expectations for the highest quality construction and fit-and-finish. Contractors always say "customer satisfaction is #1," but many fail to live up to that. Scott and every member of CactusNectar walk the walk and deliver. They truly got everything right, and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful studio. Thanks to Scott, CJ, Terry, Pablo, Adrian, Carlos, Joe and many others at CactusNectar for truly delivering on a promise and fulfilling a dream!! When we're ready to plan some remodels in our home, Scott will absolutely be the one we call!

Winston came out and talked to me about the project. He recommended some things that made more work for the guys, but the end product was very clean and sharp looking. He said easy way or the right way. Definitely looks awesome. The crew of three came every day until the work was finished. They installed 2,000 sq ft of pavers, sidewalk, main area, borders and some stairs.

Reliable honest. No hidden charges. Job was followed from beginning to end. Every aspect I of the job was checked. And the guys were professional pleasant cleaned up. They all went the extra mile.
