Trevor called me minutes after requesting a referral, and he said he install my water heater the next day. It was a weekend, and I appreciated his response. Trevor provided the price upfront and did not try to upsell me. He installed the water heater promptly and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Dr. Drain!

Trevor took the time to get everything just right, and then some. He removed an old pipe that was no longer functional. He also helped to identify a gas leak at the outside meter and then tightened down the connection and stopped the leak. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Trevor must have been sent by God. Our 15 year old hot water heater was failing when we started calling many places for estimates. I put in with HomeAdvisor and Angie's list for estimates as well. Those that we used for plumbers before were talking $2000.00 for replacing a Rheem 50 gallon gas fired water heater when the cost in 2007 was 780 dollars. Trevor, with Dr. Drain Plumbing came in unexpected with the lowest bid for a 9 to 11 year replacement instead of the standard 6 year guarantee. Instead of having to wait days for an install, he did the job the next morning on a Saturday.. He actually lifted the old one out and lifted the new one in all by himself. He gave us some extras that we didn't expect...then he hauled the old one away after cleaning up the area in the garage.

This review is long overdue. Trevor and Vicente were awesome. Very nice guys and easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again. They put in a new drain in for a bathtub, installed a freestanding bathtub, moved our toilet drain and installed bathroom vanity and faucets. Very happy with everything.

I received several estimates to do the work I needed and one was three times hire than the other two so they were quickly eliminated and the other two including Dr Drain were very close, so it came down to personalities and Dr Drain won us over. He was able to start and complete the work the next day unlike the other company who gave us an estimate of 7-20 days. Dr Drain came out did the work and made sure that we were happy.

I left a message by email to a number of plumbers on a Sunday when I discovered a hissing leak on a line off the main line outside my house. I shut off the water to my house and waited for a call. One company called early Monday and said they would come on Thursday to do an estimate. Vicente called at 9 AM on Monday and came to my house within a half hour. He put a temporary cap on the line that was leaking so I would have water in my home and planned to come back that evening to do the repair. His other job that day took longer than expected but he called and kept me advised and came back Tuesday morning and replaced all the old iron fittings with copper. A job well done at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

Another Plummer recently said a pan should have been installed under the new water heater and a permit should have been provided for the new replacement.

THEY REPLACED OUR LEACH FIELD. we heard from them the first day we requested service and came out the following morning to give an estimate. they told us to have the septic pumped first and when we told them we couldn't find anyone to do that they called a company they use and the septic was pumped that afternoon. when we found out we still needed a leach field they started the next and were there every day until the project was complete. very professional, pricing competitive. i would definitely recommend DR, DRAIN PLUMBING.

I sent them a photo of my water leak and they gave me a quote over the phone. They arrived on time as we agreed and completed work as agreed. I strongly recommend this company. Pricing is extremely fair and ultra competitive.

They came on a Sunday morning when my pipe to the house burst. They put a temporary line to the ;house to get me through the weekend. They were back Monday morning to lay a new pipe from the street to my house. Trevor and Vince knew what they were doing and finished the job in one day. They cleaned up everything probably neater than they found it. I would definitely hire them again.

It all started with a backed up bathtub and ended with an entire repipe! Our house is 70 years old and it was just time. Not only did they do the job well, it was thousands of dollars less than the other guys. I feel like Vicente went above and beyond and really listened to our needs and did his best to minimize the amount of disturbance he created along the way. He always made sure we had a working toilet and sink before leaving each day. I suggest you hire them as well! You won't regret it.
