The crew did an amazing job on laying the hardwood laminated flooring in the main bedroom. I will be hiring them again in the near future.

The contractors that Francis Moore hired provided great work. The tearout group was fast and efficient. The install guy was very good. The price was changed after the work began. He called it a miscommunication. I did not appreciate it. The start time also changed a couple times when subs no showed the first scheduled day. Overall, the floors are great.

He came out the same day and took one hour to stretch the carpet in the master bedroom, about 180 square feet. It looks great and the cost was reasonable.

They did a very professional job.

I had my carpet stretched. I called on Friday and spoke to Mr. Moses. He assured me he would have the job finished by noon the next day, Saturday. I waited all day Saturday and he never showed. On Wednesday, he called and said his driver had a problem with the truck and he could come the next day and fix the carpet. I agreed. He sent 2 men to stretch the carpet. They were here for approx. 2 hours. They left the house a mess when they left. Did not vacuum the carpet pieces up all over and left the threads everywhere. Too expensive for the work done. I would not use them again. Sue P.

Francis is nice guy and very responsive. We got 180sqft area of flooring done for $520 labor +450 for laminate and other materials. The workers had not calked around the top of the baseboard so Francis took care of that himself. There was no provision to take away old flooring or rubbish and they filled one of our trash cans to overflowing, we requested Francis to take this away so he had to go to the store to purchase trash bags in order to do that -means was not intending to do it. The floor was not cleaned after installation, left with foot prints and calk residue - to me this is lack of pride in the finished job. Luckily I don't think I'll need flooring done anywhere else in the house but if i did i would probably look elsewhere.

Francis is very pleasant but did not measure correctly and had to buy more material during the project. Because of this he wanted to charge more but with some back and forth regarding the postponed work and lots of confusion he finally accepted the original amount charged.

The work was done quickly as we were on a time line and were leaving the area later that week. It was done very professionally, and I'm very satisfied with their service.
