"We hired Masterscapes to do our backyard landscaping after having a poor experience with another company in the front yard. ?Working with Troy was very positive. ?He provided a detailed drawing of his backyard plan, along with computer generated visuals to help us see what the results would look like. ?In addition, he showed many photographs of other projects he had worked on, giving us lots of good ideas for our backyard. ?We settled on an extension of the covered patio (including pavers over the patio itself...a remarkable transformation!), a raised garden planter, artificial turf area, fire pit, large trees and multiple shrubs and vines. Masterscapes also did the backyard irrigation system. In addition, Troy's crew also straightened out the problems in the front yard: ?poorly designed water lines, dead plants, etc. ?All this and they stayed on budget. ?One last thing, when the end of the garden irrigation line blew off, Darryl came right out and replaced it. A few days later, Troy came by and provided a permanent solution to the problem, helping me install spaghetti lines in order to reduce the water pressure. ?I am confident that if and when other questions/issues come up, Masterscapes will respond with the same professional and courteous assistance. ?Thanks so much!"
