Arrived on schedule for quote and for service. After making sure the employees and I were on the same page for work to be performed, which we were, I left the house for a period of time to stay out of their way. When I returned they were nearly done and answered any questions I had, along with an invited walk through to see that everything had been completed. I was delighted with all phases of their work and they turned our old crusty looking tile and grout into what appears to be a new installation. I would and have already recommended their services to anyone who is in need of complete tile and grout cleaning and expects to get what they pay for. Brian and his crew are professionals in their field and obviously do not need to be micromanaged. "Dany and his crew did it an believable job. They were on time completed the job fast. They were professional and competent. They painted the i terior of a 5400 sq foot home ! I was amazed at the detail they performed and there prep work was was amazing. The house looked like it was brand new when they were finished. You could not see any drips or previous markings. There were no blemishes where the paint was put on and the two coats were uniform and the lines were clean. The doors look brand new. The trim looks brand new. Also Danny’s prices cannot be beat. I had seven estimates and his pricing was very reasonable compared to all seven but Danny did more than the other painters were willing to do. He even painted the garage walls and ceiling . I have another house and did he’s going to paint that house as well. You are foolish to look anywhere else. You don’t need to look anywhere else. "We chose 2nd Generation Flooring based on reviews which is why I think it's so important for me to provide this one. I also think it's very important to note that the "negative" reviews are from people who have never actually worked with 2nd Generation Tile ... AND that the owner, Mike, responded to each of them which speaks to his professionalism and work ethic. We purchased a 2200sf home knowing that we would tear out every square inch of the existing tile, laminate, carpet and tiny baseboards. Mike was extremely responsive, patient and personable throughout the quoting process. Knowing that we wanted to get into the house as soon as possible, Mike had Ted start the work almost immediately after we received the keys. As a one-man crew, the project took 4 weeks which is exactly what they estimated. After the flooring was completed, we also added a kitchen backsplash to the scope of work. Throughout the process, Mike and Ted communicated well with us, provided their professional opinion when it came to grout color and finish pieces, picked up the tile we ordered (saving us the cost of shipping) and were flexible with our other contractor's (painters) scheduling."

"Everything went FANTASTIC. The workers are truly artists. Our floor was 20 x 20 tile laid diagonally. Looks absolutely beautiful - much better than I could imagine. Entire home was tiled except for the master bedroom. New molding was also put down. That also looks fantastic. Shower, toilet, flooring and tub ripped out and replaced."
