"Dennis arrived on time, which is always appreciated. He asked what we wanted done, which was to clean carpets, tile floor, and one recliner chair. He took care to ensure that each tile was actually cleaned, resulting in colors that pop as if they were new. Similarly, carpets were meticulously cleaned, including some very dirty areas. While not inexpensive, it was a very fair price considering the results. We'll have him back on a regular basis to keep the floors looking clean as they do now."

"The lights look great. Installation seemed to go well until I turned on the irrigation system. There were 3 huge leaks from the digging, that they didn't tell me about. My husband and I had to repair them over a very hot weekend. I give kuddos to the company though. When I called Monday to tell them about the leaks, we came to an agreement and the company reimbursed us for our work of the repair. They were nice about it. He said they had people on call and I could've called over the weekend, but I didn't think landscaping companys had people on call."

"I needed to have my shower floor re-tiled, all of the grout color matched and sealed, the existing wall tiles cleaned, my shower caulked and a couple of chip repairs. I did not know who to turn to because the person that installed my shower just a little bit over a year prior did a horrible job and never sealed the grout which caused stains, never caulked my shower and overall was a disaster. I researched on Angie's List and found Arizona Grout Busters. From the moment I called up I knew that they were the company to go with. Nancy was absolutely the most delightful and upbeat person. She was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and schedule Dave to go out to my home for an estimate. Dave came out within a couple of days. He was also just as friendly and kind. He explained what they could do in a very detailed manner and provided two estimates right away because I could have chosen a few options with how to proceed. He did not pressure me into doing the items of the higher estimate and also suggested a couple of things to be done but never once said that it had to be done. I went with the more expensive option of just replacing the entire shower floor as opposed to just color matching and sealing the grout. Within a week they were able to send out one of their installers. Roger the installer was the best I have ever had when it comes to people doing home projects for me. He was professional, courteous, on time, a hard worker and extremely clean. He wore a mask, booties over his shoes and even put down towels to walk on to the shower. When he came back three days later to seal the grout he told me that if I find anything that is not satisfactory he would fix it right away. I did not find one thing wrong with his job. He finished my big project in two days. It turned out remarkable and I could not be more happy with my shower. I went from hating my shower to loving it. The cost that they charge is extremely reasonable. If you are thinking about remodeling your shower or just need minor repairs I would not hesitate in the slightest to hire Arizona Grout Buster."

"Robert was fantastic to work with. I'm so glad that I chose him. My master bathroom, closet, and bedroom remodel went very smoothly and I'm pleased with the results. I got 3 estimates and his was right in the middle. What differentiated him from the other contractors I contacted was that he was responsive and he was able to offer solid design advice. He also works with a custom cabinet maker who was able to build a beautiful custom vanity and mirror to my specifications. Robert was able to take my ideas and add very helpful suggestions and refinements. The outcome would not have been as good if I hadn't listened to his advice. Another important thing to mention is that Robert is dependable - if he says he will show up at 9am, he will be there. Lastly, Robert is a nice guy, and I'm happy that I got to know him. When I need to do more work on my house, he will be my first and only call."

He came over to give me an estimate the very next day, and showed me a sample that was perfect for the colors I already had in the kitchen and dining room area. My kitchen already had ceramic tile, but Cesar gave me such a good price to do both areas, that I decided to go with that. I am so glad I did because the open kitchen and dining room area now looks bigger and so much more beautiful.
