"Regal Bath and Kitchens did an excellent job from start to finish. We met with Rich and had a quote within a week that detailed the job scope and gave us allowances on our choices for materials including tiles, plumbing fixtures, quartz countertop and replacement tub. After approving the quote, we met with Rich at his business in Mesa to review the project details and make a down payment. We set a work start date at this meeting. This meeting was several weeks prior to the start date of the project, thus giving us time to finish selecting all our remaining materials. We liked working with a company who plans a future timeline and takes the schedule seriously. Rich was able to meet the agreed upon start date and we appreciated that. We had several team members working on the project, each person with an area of expertise. All the workers were very courteous, professional, tidy and friendly. Work progressed very smoothly. Mario did the lion’s share of the work, very often working alone. Mario is a skilled craftsman who has many various skills including being an excellent tile installer. He pays attention to the details, which is of crucial importance in making any project a success. He kept a regular and punctual schedule, which was appreciated. Mario was open to our input and communicative with us. That was also appreciated. Mario did a beautiful job with the wall tile installation! We couldn’t be more pleased with it. He has an ability to foresee problems in a tile layout and to prevent them. He built the bench at the end of the tub and the tub niche and he installed a perfect tile layout, which we love!! Our tile runs continuously across parts of all 4 walls, which is a tile design that has built-in challenges. The work is flawless. The floor tile was also beautifully done by Mario. The floor tiles are huge, each individual tile is 2 feet by 4 feet. He worked all alone laying these tiles. All the tile cuts are perfect, and the floor is level and exquisite. We are extremely happy with the new bathroom and the work that all the employees at Regal Bath and Kitchens did. We have another bathroom to do and we will certainly use Regal again and we recommend them to anyone needing work done."

"We chose 2nd Generation Flooring based on reviews which is why I think it's so important for me to provide this one. I also think it's very important to note that the "negative" reviews are from people who have never actually worked with 2nd Generation Tile ... AND that the owner, Mike, responded to each of them which speaks to his professionalism and work ethic. We purchased a 2200sf home knowing that we would tear out every square inch of the existing tile, laminate, carpet and tiny baseboards. Mike was extremely responsive, patient and personable throughout the quoting process. Knowing that we wanted to get into the house as soon as possible, Mike had Ted start the work almost immediately after we received the keys. As a one-man crew, the project took 4 weeks which is exactly what they estimated. After the flooring was completed, we also added a kitchen backsplash to the scope of work. Throughout the process, Mike and Ted communicated well with us, provided their professional opinion when it came to grout color and finish pieces, picked up the tile we ordered (saving us the cost of shipping) and were flexible with our other contractor's (painters) scheduling."

"John called the morning of with ETA and arrived on time. The tile had not been sealed in a long time (I am busy) and my wife cooks great, but it realy dirtied the tile by the stove. Martin's All Floors brought my floor to new. I couldn't believe how much dirt was in the floor. They even painted the groute and sealed after the cleaning. This was a couple of months ago and I still look at the floors every day and saw "wow, this is a beautiful floor"! I will always call on Martin's to keep my floors looking new. Actually asked John to just keep me in a floor maintenance schedule from now on! Martin's also does my office carpet as well. Gets the grime from our technicians boots right out. "Whereas I like the carpet and flooring, the new baseboards were painted (not a good job) by an unlicensed contractor they subcontracted with. They did credit me $100 however, I was stuck with the mess. We had called after we signed the contract and asked to replace the baseboards in the room that they put the new carpet in. They did not follow through and said we never called to add that to the order. Being out of town during installation, we had no idea things were not going exactly as we planned. I feel the owner and staff are rather condescending. They had an excuse for everything. It was a frustrating experience."

"My wife and I recently met Ray with CKBR at a Maricopa County Home Show. He was one of many folks we visited with when we were looking to remodel our guest bathroom. After the Home Show, Ray was very prompt with following up with us. We ended up having several contractors in our house to provide estimates, which included very high pressure sales tactics. Ray was the final one we were going to visit with. His approach was dramatically different than the others, and one of the primary reasons we ultimately ended up going with CKBR. He did not pressure us at all. The products he offered were very similar to the other companies and the price was on the lower end of the estimates we received. He gave us multiple options to choose from based on various levels of work we could have done. He even worked with us on installation only pricing if we wanted to provide some of the materials. After deciding to go with CKBR, scheduling the job was handled very quickly. Ray and the Project Manager, Shane, came over to take final measurements and ordered the material. Once the material arrived, the installation only took three partial days – by two very qualified installers. Ray followed up right away to ensure we were satisfied. There were two very minor details I asked about. He and Shane were in contact with one another, and Shane came over himself a few days later to take care of them. Overall, I am very satisfied we decided to do business with CKBR. My wife and I have talked about having work done in one of our other bathrooms. When we’re ready to do that work, I think we’ll skip the hassle of having multiple people in our home with their high-pressure sales tactics and just call Ray with CKBR!"
