"I highly recommend Gary Sumberg for any home Architectural Drawing and Design work. Initially we had some rough ideas on what we wanted to do, but we were unclear how these ideas would affect our budget, or how to implement them. Gary’s experience and knowledge in construction and design helped us come up with a design that met all of our wants and needs. Through the entire process, Gary was very helpful and patient with helping us design our entire home remodel. Gary met with us on many occasions throughout the process. He is very prompt, and was very responsive to our calls, texts and emails. Gary would quickly prepare draft ideas on paper so he could present them to us for consideration in person, or via email. Gary worked with the Power Company to ensure we could move our electrical panel, and he brought in an engineer to prepare the necessary Engineering report, since we were making so many structural changes. Once a final plan was determined, Gary quickly finalized the drawings, and he made multiple copies for us, the city, and our contractors for bidding. Gary then met with the city of Laguna Niguel on multiple occasions to present our plans and to respond to their comments and questions. In the end our construction permit was obtained, Gary made this permit process very simple for us. In summary we were very happy with Gary and would use him again, and would heavily recommend him to our friends. "?Evolution Drafting has been very difficult to work with. I have been passed from employee to employee, with unreturned calls and missed appointments. I am still waiting on a meeting to review the changes we want, yet I keep getting emails with their own concept of our project instead of a proper Teams or Google meeting. I was even sent an email to schedule a ?revision if needed,? which makes it feel like I am being blamed for not accepting a design we have never discussed in detail. My time is as valuable as theirs, and the lack of clear communication and follow?through has been extremely disappointing.? I understand that things happen in life, but I also know they have a phone, and a simple call, text, or email would prevent me from wasting my time waiting on them. I have already paid, and it appears I will not receive the final product until after Christmas and New Year?s. I am disappointed.? "

"I am writing this email expressing my utmost dissatisfaction with the service I received from using your contractor. I got hook up with your contractor through HomeAdvisor on Dec 10, 2018 for architectural drawing and permit. Your contractor Joshua Oehler with Arc One Associate repeated stated that I will get my drawing and permit within 3 weeks. This has been going on now for over 3 MONTHS!! Every time I call him asking for update he would tell me that he will sent my drawing over today but never received any calls at the end of the day. This happen 6 times already with his empty promises. His office unethical strategy to hook and bait their customers sicken me. I have had nothing but headache and frustration dealing with him and his office. Come to find out he lost all the informations I gave him about my store design 1.5 month since the date of signing the proposal. After that he never answers his phone or emails. I have to repeatedly go down to the office and complaints to his associate in order for them to even start the work on the drawing and this has been 2 month into. After receiving my drawing I asked him to submit the drawing for my permit and he stated that he will self-certification it and we will get it within a week. Again, more disappointment because it has been over a month and I have yet received the permit. Everyday that am not able to open according to my deadline is costing me ton of money."

"Good Installation but Terrible Customer Service, Bait switch price increasing Car not starting because they ran the battery dead during installation on my newer honda accord with new car battery Being lied to by Kendall the front desk assistant Being threatened by Eric the Owner of the company when I had a complaint I started off with a great experience with Dustin the General Manager over the phone. I was referred by the company doing the windshield replacement when they do the tint. He did a excellent job describing each tint package and ask me question to find the right package within my budget. I confirmed with him the package and that everything was included except for tax. I was satisfied and call back the next day. Dustin was not available and spoke to Kendall to confirm everything so on installation day there were no surprises. On Installation day I come in at 8:15am and speak with Kendall. She immediately walks me over to the tint packages and ask me what I want. I'm confused because I though everything was finalized over the phone. She says the windshield tint can be a different tint then the rest of the car. I asked how much of a upgrade in price this will be. She comes back to me and communicates that they are already tinting the replacement windshield and I'm stuck with my first selection over the phone. Which is okay but why the upsell on something that wasn't an option in the first place. She then begins to sell me on the windshield tint and explain that already included and they are tinting it as we speak and I will have to pay 225.00 more because it's not included on the original quote. I was very concern and told her I verified all charges with Dustin and also her over the phone. She continues to pressure me to pay the upcharge and I continue to tell her that this surprise upcharging is not okay. She steps a way for less than a minute and then tells me they can include it with charging me more. I get a call from Kendall at 1:15 that the car is all completed. I come in at 2:50 and they are still working on it but they are doing the completion in the front parking lot. I wait in my car for another 20 minutes until there done. I would rather wait and have it done correctly. Why I had a car almost 2 hours prior saying its completed is unknown. I'm glad I didn't come sooner I would have been waiting. The Tech as he is walking away from me tells me quickly what to do and not to do. I come in to check out with Kendall and she does a great job getting me out the door quickly after paying. I proceed to start my car and it doesn't start the battery was drained. Kendall comes out with a attitude as I'm inconveniencing her. She has the starter in a box and tells me because I'm a man and she's a woman she should do it. I can't see if its a cigarette lighter jump start or battery connecter because it's still in the box. I ask her what kind? She then says if I'm not man enough she can get one of her guys out to do it! The car starter worked I asked for the the owner phone #. She tells me that she can't give it out and he will call me. Then walks into the store as I follow in to ask again she tells me to leave the store. A few minutes later I'm on the phone with my wife stunned by the level of customer service. Erk the owner that was supposably not there comes out to me and acts like nothing happens. He then tells me that He watch the security camera of me and because I was bothered and respectively assertive with what I was promised that I was being rude and Kendall had her reasons to treat me the way she did. I asked a question about the bubbles in the tint and when they go away (kendall communicated that this will happen. He told me that the bubbling doesn't go away and if you don't like it I can rip it out and give you your money back. He then says we don't do perfect tinting (which perfect is impossible) I just didn't need a threatening response included with the answer to my question. I left there satisfied with the good tint job but, unsettled with the way I was treated and how they didn't value my business with poor customer service."

I called Mark Kelso and explained to him that I was now in a tight spot. He was able to remedy the prior work and pick up where they left off without any issues. I made sure Mark knew how anxious I was after the first contractor and he assured me that my anxieties were warranted and he would hope to change that. My need were definitely met and I plan to work with Kelso again."

He communicated daily, we always knew what was happening at the site and who would be onsite. He was very careful to make sure design details were satisfactory. He had high expectations of his subcontractors and manages them closely. Quality work! We will use him again on future projects."
