Initially we had some rough ideas on what we wanted to do, but we were unclear how these ideas would affect our budget, or how to implement them. Gary then met with the city of Laguna Niguel on multiple occasions to present our plans and to respond to their comments and questions. In the end our construction permit was obtained, Gary made this permit process very simple for us. In summary we were very happy with Gary and would use him again, and would heavily recommend him to our friends. "I am writing this email expressing my utmost dissatisfaction with the service I received from using your contractor. I got hook up with your contractor through HomeAdvisor on Dec 10, 2018 for architectural drawing and permit. Your contractor Joshua Oehler with Arc One Associate repeated stated that I will get my drawing and permit within 3 weeks. This has been going on now for over 3 MONTHS!! Every time I call him asking for update he would tell me that he will sent my drawing over today but never received any calls at the end of the day. This happen 6 times already with his empty promises. His office unethical strategy to hook and bait their customers sicken me. I have had nothing but headache and frustration dealing with him and his office. Come to find out he lost all the informations I gave him about my store design 1.5 month since the date of signing the proposal. After that he never answers his phone or emails. I have to repeatedly go down to the office and complaints to his associate in order for them to even start the work on the drawing and this has been 2 month into. After receiving my drawing I asked him to submit the drawing for my permit and he stated that he will self-certification it and we will get it within a week. Again, more disappointment because it has been over a month and I have yet received the permit. Everyday that am not able to open according to my deadline is costing me ton of money."
