"We performed a bathroom remodel for the master and kids bath . The first "contractor" did a terrible job. We were given Jorge's name from several family members that were long time customers. Jorge came out and pointed out all the things that needed to be redone in order to have the bathroom remodel that we were hoping for in the first place. I HONESTLY cannot speak highly enough about our experience. He attention to details are second to none. Jorge and his wife would give suggestions on design when we asked, and they have fantastic taste. What I would love to get across to potential customers is that he can pretty much do any job and if he is not capable he will let you know up front as opposed to getting half way through the project and then letting you know that he cannot do it. He did not change his price throughout the projects and his prices are more than fair. He is an excellent communicator from start to finish. Asks the appropriate questions from the start and throughout to ensure that your expectations are met. He was on time everyday, works hard, works fast and does not cut corners. I am amazed at his skill and work ethic. He is forever my go to guy for future projects. We are already thinking about things that we need done in the future and will be using him again. His reviews are no joke, I am not surprised that everyone in this community had an experience that exceeded expectations such as myself. "We had Floyd and his crew build a guest house/casita on our property. Floyd handled all the work, from the design/architecture (done by his wife Sue), getting all the concrete work done, all the carpentry, electrical, plumbing, finish work, etc. In the end we have a beautiful 1 bed room, great room and kitchenette Casita with a rooftop deck! All the work was professionally done, very clean, high quality construction. Floyd knows his stuff, or he learns it - the roof top deck was a new experience for Floyd, but he worked closely with the materials supplier to do an excellent job and get certified for future roof deck projects!
