Ted went on the roof, took pictures and showed me the cracks and holes. Especially around the sky lights. Let it rain. No more ceiling stains for me.

Ted was very informative. He provided a realistic estimate. We had no surprises. Ted explained the issues involving our patio roof. Incidentally we just purchased our home in early March. The inspection did not evaluate the patio roof as thoroughly as the house roof. We were led to believe we had very minor repairs on the main house roof. Imagine our surprise to invest significant monies just weeks after moving in! Ted was friendly, professional & thorough. His crew completed the job in a timely manner. We are extremely pleased. His brother was also involved in the process. Both were very professional & friendly. Definitely a 5 star company.

This company has very broad experience to do many things.

I was told by another roofer he could do my room in 16 weeks. Ted and his crew did it 2 days starting the day we talked. As I looked at the roof the first word that came out of my mouth was ... WOW! It looked great. Every section of the roof was coated very well. He even coated the AC unit flashing. Very happy with the job done.

Found the problem and did a nice job on the repair. They were on time and did what they said they would do.

The work required replacing the patio roof cover. It also required replacement of several wood sections. They did the job in two days. Work looks good. The one thing that could be improved would be the cleanup. There were many nails left in the ground after the job was done.

THEY SAID TWO DAYS AND DELIVERED ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AROUND THE YARD. VERY PROFESSIONAL..

Other than some drama about insurance (we do things differently on the East Coast with regards to insurance). Once that was figured out...They did a great job and finished in just two days!

The customer service was second to none but for some reason the crewâ s attempt to clean up after they were done was pathetic. I felt I was treated fairly though I can not give a perfect score because of the mess they left behind.

Quick, Ted was easy to work with. They were no cheaper than other pro's but could get at it immediately.

This company showed up on time and did their work. On leaving they got their check and ran to the bank. Transfer to my checking account had not been done yet but the bank made good on the check. Never had a company run to the bank but the funds were there for them. First rain happened several weeks later, the roof leaked in one spot that they worked on. Called Ted and he said he would call next week or come out. Have made at least 5 calls with no answer and no return calls to date. Had to bring in another firm who took care of the problem without any problems. The $8,500.00 paid to National, down the drain. Would not recommend this firm but would certainly refer the second firm if contacted. - Jim
