It was good they did quite well.

Wonderful. The drip system main unit was making a screeching noise when running. Although it took 10 days for them to come out it was worth it. I figured a busy company was a good sign. They replaced the motor and the unit once again ran fine. Great job and company.

Alan from Andy's Irrigation did a great job! He was professional, clean, on time, and left the area looking great. Pipes are nicely wrapped, and the equipment was professionally installed. Everything is working as we'd hoped. We're planning to add landscaping that will require additional water, and we will not hesitate to call Alan again for help.

Robert showed up on time and was very pleasant and professional. He quickly made the repairs and was patient in explaining everything. I even got an estimate from Andy's to replace my old system, and we are working on setting a date for the work to be done.

Very well. The known leak was quickly fixed, as were some other leaks, and spider hoses were added. The technician was on-time, and was patient in showing me what he did to adjust the timer. After a week, the water use was still high. I called another plumber who fixed some minor indoor water issues but since, after the indoor repair, the water use was still high on watering days, I asked this irrigation company to come back for a second system check and he reduced the watering time. The cost was very reasonable for 2 service calls and materials.

Have not started yet but think we will be pleased

I utilized them for a full day (probably 6 hours) to service 2 of my 3 sections and do some signifiant replacements and repairs. The quality of the work seemed to be good and the system is working well. Time will tell if things stay good for a longer period of time. I'm considering using them for my final larger job.

Very well. Robert looked at all the drip lines to determine if they were sufficient and fixed the program and timer to supply adequate water. He also showed me how to work the timer.

Randy did an excellent job of repairing the leak that I knew about, and he even found another leak nearby and repaired that for no extra cost. He was extremely nice and very clear in his explanation of what was happening with my drip system. While he did show me the difference between the pipe that they use for their irrigation systems and my pipe (their's is much thicker and less likely to leak), he did not pressure me to immediately replace my system, which I appreciated. I am so tired of hiring people who try to scare me into purchasing something I can't afford.

Andy responded quickly to my request; showed up at the appointed time; determined the original contractor had allowed a small stone to enter the system; and fixed the leaking valve. Nice to find an individual contractor that exceeds current expectations. I will seek his assistance in the future and refer to others.

work was shoddy to say the least. many plants were left without any irrigation and have had to be replaced after another contractor was hired to complete the job. Existing low voltage lighting system was all but destroyed. Motion detector was broken and left hanging. Promised map of new irrigation system was never delivered. Attempts to repair lighting system by Andy were to no avail. Repeated calls for additional assistance went unanswered. As indicated above another contractor had to be hired to fix faulty irrigation system and repair existing low voltage lighting.

The representative arrived in a timely manner. He quickly repaired the leak. He adjusted all the zones, sprinkler heads and walked me through the controller. He also identified an underground leak that I was not aware of and dug down and repaired it. I was highly satisfied with their work and ownership.

In addition to the repair, he added a soaker ring to increase the water to our Lemon tree. He inspected the system and recommended some changes which we will implement later in the fall.

Great! The bid for service came in very quickly, the work was scheduled right away, the crew were wonderful, and the work was done right. What else could you ask for.

They solved the problem without it costing me an arm and a leg. My only complaint is that it took them 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, and then I had to do something with a part overnight. So, $65 is just a bit steep for me (and that's with the Angie's list discount). I will say, however, that when I was unable to reassemble the parts they were really good about coming out and finishing the job.

It went well. They upgraded the existing system, added the new zone, improved the enclosure, and mounting the control box.
