Chris' Lawn Service

Good for the start..Meaning about a month of service..And then kept getting worse after that..Meaning I do not need to call repeatedly a contractor to see when I will be getting service for a service that I PAY FOR!. For some reason a lot of lawn care services in this area think the CUSTOMER is the one that needs to do the CUSTOMER SERVICE part of their business. This is the FOURTH service that I have hired and then fall into the same pattern. They would never survive up north..

Chris is excellent at cashing your check, and then not showing up. Call him, and he gives dishonest excuses like multiple mower breakdowns. Demands payment up front. Did nothing at all 3 out 4 weeks in August - prepaid. FL State Attorney General needs to know about this scam artist.

Overall for the price, this is a good service. But with a cheaper lawn service, you get what you pay for sometimes. They have skipped service a time or two and I had to call them (but always responded well). Sometimes it was because of rain, which is understandable, sometimes I think they just forgot me in their schedule. The trimming next to the fence lines is poor at best which is why I rated the quality low. I have to go back over the lawn after they leave and trim again each time. But overall, at the price, it serves it's purpose.

Started off ok, Then seemed to have subbed the job out. Had to call and complain several times, lawn wouldn't be mowed for weeks. After complaining they would be ok for awhile, then lag again.

We have employed Chris since July of 2016 and though there are many other services in the Fort Myer/Cape Coral area we would not consider a change. Thank you Chris for your fine service. C. Carlson - Cape Coral

Great! Chris' Lawn Service was always timely and did a thorough job. We've decided to go with an all-encompassing service that does not only lawn maintenance but also fertilizing, tree and shrub care, etc. I would definitely use Chris' again.

I think it's been a year now that they have been doing it. It's $75 a month.

Great.  Chris came out right away.  He had us observe what he was trimming so that we could make sure we were comfortable with how much he was taking off.  They did a fine job and it looks very nice.  They are hard working and care about the job they do.  Will definitely use them again.

Our previous contractor failed to trim the plants properly and did a bad job of weeding, cleanup and overall management.  Our property does demand a greater than normal amount of maintenance due to the types of plants we have.  We expect a contractor to bid the job according to the demands of the property and then to provide the proper management to keep the property to our standard.  Chris and his crew came to the property and within a month turned it around and has it looking better than it has since 2009 when I moved onto the property.  They have shown to be knowledgable and have been responsive to our requests, going above and beyond our expectations.  The crew is friendly and they seem to take pride in their work. I would recommend Chris' Lawn Service to anyone in the Cape Coral area.

It went great...Were reliable and did an excellent Job on the lawn plus trimmed our hedge.....our neighbors still use him and also think he does a great job.

We have 3 homes in a row, and they do them all. The work is excellent. They are well educated in horticulture, and
take very good care of our floritam. They have a great new mower that can be adjusted to any height desirable, on the fly, and know how to use it.
We are so happy we found them. They have only cut our lawns twice now, and the lawns have never looked better. I had an unmarked sprinkler head that they mistakenly hit with the mower, and before I got home from work, it was replaced. They always flag the heads before they start, something that impressed me. We are going to have them trim the hedges next, and I will report back how that went, but if it is anything like the lawn I am sure it will meet with my approval.

Everything that we talked about was completed above and beyond. Not afraid to do that little extra. Good value and great customer service. Thanks Chris for doing what you promised!
