My yard was a disaster. It just got away from me. Weeds and overgrown plants. It was horrible. I got a quote from David that was reasonable and he sent his crew out. They did an outstanding job and I could not be happier. The crew was professional and respectful and I enjoyed working with Missy in the office. 11/10!!!!

Company did phase one of my yard, front yard is done, we’ll say that it does look great however it’s been over two months and companies are gone back to me to complete the rest of the project I have emailed twice and apparently I’m being ghosted so not much more I can say at this time except I’m disappointed right now.

Horrible...We contacted All Terain in March of 2020 and discussed a large scale residential project for our house. We were having a major grading issue and wanted to invest money to get some work done in (4) phases all around our property. They assured us that they could take care of phase 1 before the monsoon season for the budgeted amount and stop the flooding that was occurring towards our pool whenever it rained heavy. They were very non-responsive after Dean created a great design (that is what we paid for). They always had an excuse and finally provided a very outrageous quote that was 20K more than the budget for phase 1 (and not getting us much of what we were told we should expect). The entire process took 6 months for them to get us a quote. They always had an excuse for their poor service and responses. The only one worth his weight is Dean (the designer). I would run away from this company if you want an honest quote, responses, and to stick by a timeline. This company has seriously caused us a significant delay to our timeline and wasted our time for months.

Scheduling was very difficult due to Covid, but quality of work very high. Work took only 2 days to complete once supplies were obtained.

The company was GREEN SCAPE LANDSCAPING, Jose was the owner and managed the job very well. I am very happy with him and his crew. His price was quite reasonable and I will use him again, as well as recommending him to my neighbors. Thanks! C. Walton

In early June,2020 I contacted ALL TERRAIN LANDSCAPE CREATIONS to check out my irrigation system, reset my timer, replaced broken spigot valves, possibly replaced sprinkler heads in the lawn, and replaced a short hose connected to a soaking hose underneath shrubbery in the front of my mobile home. While many home owners might attend to the above tasks independently, I must point out that I'm 90 with poor eye sight and very none mechanical. On June 10th, an employee (Howard) came to my house to look at my property, consider my needs,and give me a verbal estimate. He returned on June 12th to carry out the work I requested. My mistake was that I failed to have him test out all the tasks I assigned. Nevertheless I gave him a check for $151.91. It seemed, however, that the grass near the road was not receiving adequate, if any, water. I phoned All Terrain on Saturday, June 13th and again on Monday June 15th, and left messages to contact me. On Tuesday the 16th I finally reached a live receptionist. She relayed my message to Howard, who called me in the late afternoon on that same day. He said he'd be at my residence the following day (Wednesday, June 17th) around noon. He never showed,nor did he phone that he couldn't make it. On Thursday June 18th I phone the All Terrain office. They transferred me to Howard, who apologies. He said he's forgot to come yesterday. He added he'd come by that afternoon, and that we could set up a date when he would follow up on my request to ,check out his work. I received no further call from him that day-or if he did he left no message. On Friday June 19th, Howard did call. He said he'd be at my place on Saturday, June 20th between 11 am and noon. This time he did show up he brought with him a short hose to connect to the soaking hose under the front shrubbery. But the hose he brought was too short to connect. He said he'd have to return the hose and get somewhat longer hose. The irrigation system worked in the back of the yard, but I still questioned its efficacy near the front. He reset the timer and suggested that I check the irrigation at 11 pm . I overlooked the time but at 1 am I did check the grass in front and found it to be dry. Subsequently I phoned the all terrain to offer to buy the short hose but then I lack the strength to detached the hose needing replacement. I never heard from Howard or from anyone from All Terrain again. Frankly I done care . I'm tired of prodding them. I consider their work and performance to be substandard, and regard my payment as a loss. A few days later my neighbor, a home renovator by trade, observed that one of the broken spigot valve had never been replaced. I would not recommend All Terrain Landscape Creations to anyone . They are negligent and unresponsive.

Honestly it started out wrong from the beginning but we didn't want to have to find new people, plus they came out and made it right.

I live in a well established neighborhood with a small front and back yard. Initially the yard looked nice after they came but after a while it began to look a bit sloppy. After 6 months I was no longer told when they would come so I would miss them. The contract said they would check the irrigation system but now the palm trees are brown and obviously not getting water. Our Agave has grown two or three pups that should have been removed. I expect these things to be taken care of without me having to watch their work.

The work went well. Dead and live weeds were removed or poisoned. Plants, including cacti were trimmed and debris removed, the rocks raked out evenly. One the watering lines was cut while a lantana plant was trimmed, but repaired. Other lines that needed extensions were fixed so that the plant could be watered better. The irrigation system was checked to ensure it was working properly and ok'd. They were instructed to move half of a Totem cactus cluster to the opposite corner of the yard, but somehow a miscommunication happened and the workmen dug up and tried to replant all pieces of the plant cluster in the opposite corner. When this error was noticed, they moved two of the relocated pieces back to its original position, but didn't bury it deep enough and one piece began to lean out of the ground and the other piece fell and broke. The pieces that were left in the opposite side of the yard also leaned over and one part of that cluster fell and cracked, also. The plant ended up with enough breakage that the original plant was trimmed so that heads were retained and replanted in two clusters of three at opposite corners at the back of the yard. The tall totems were severely compromised into restarting their growth from the shorter pieces, but I felt that they still had enough height to look attractive and had a chance to reroot and grow from the heads again on each side of the yard and probably will grow up looking good. The crew also sprayed Roundup and pre-emergent over the entire yard areas to kill what was low and sprouted and to prevent seeds from sprouting, as well to preserve their work. I appreciate All Terrain's professionalism, commitment to duty and follow-through, maintaining high standards for customers, and taking responsibility for damage. They were more than others I had interviewed or experienced in the past, but I have full confidence in All Terrains' level of professionalism. I think the maintenance supervisor, Chris is largely the reason for such a good turn out.

The work went smoothly by a very professionally competent crew. The job performed was worth every dollar spent. If you need to install an irrigation system or parts there of, need routine landscape services, or need a landscape planting blueprint all performed by a very talented and compitent at very reasonable prices than All Terrain is only a phone call away

An outstanding group of professionals, responsive, great listeners, and with a passion for excellence. As Dave, the owner, has told me more than once, "we're not cheap," and he's right, but having used another landscaper in the past with mediocre results, there's no question but that All Terrain consistently exceeds all expectations. I can't say enough good about the leadership team, Glen, Chris, and Gil. Hampered as are most landscapers in the area by the difficulty in finding quality help, they nonetheless dedicated three teams to completely transform our large backyard. They stripped everything out (and when I mentioned to Chris that I wanted to save a half dozen cacti, he immediately agreed and transplanted them to an area outside the fence. Then Gil and his band of magicians came in, sculpting the yard, putting in bricks in two circular areas outside the covered patio (they even brought in a surveyor to make sure it was built to have water run off into the desert behind us!), adding paving stones from the patio to the circular areas, and then adding incredible plants and boulders while rebuilding our irrigation system for the new plants. Somehow, Gil and his team finished in three days but never lost their attention to detail. When adding the paving stones, his worker continually used a level to make sure the stones were even with the patio and the brick circular area. When Gil replanted the cacti, he found the most wonderful areas for them. I had a number of aloes in pots, and they transplanted them into an aloe bed they'd designed under the picture window. No question, no extra cost. I could go on for ever. My wife and I are completely thrilled with the results; there's is ugly money you pour into a house and then there's good money. This was money well spent. The are absolutely our go-to company for landscaping.

This is the second time I have used All Terrain for landscaping. They do excellent work and are very courteous.

The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The two paver installers showed up each morning around 6 am and finished up by around 1:30 pm.

It went very well. They are very good. The workers are gentleman. They are kind and hard working. They are very thorough. The lady that answers the phone, Tammy, is very kind and professional.

The lights look great. Installation seemed to go well until I turned on the irrigation system. There were 3 huge leaks from the digging, that they didn't tell me about. My husband and I had to repair them over a very hot weekend. I give kuddos to the company though. When I called Monday to tell them about the leaks, we came to an agreement and the company reimbursed us for our work of the repair. They were nice about it. He said they had people on call and I could've called over the weekend, but I didn't think landscaping companys had people on call.

The work went incredibly well; there were some large cracks in the outside walls. One was coming from the foundation, while others were higher; the masonry work required expertise, and it was quite competently completed.

I had to call them to remind them to send an estimate for the new system. It was much more than I was prepared to pay.

Landscaper Chris was really great. He and his crew were very communicative and punctual. Yard looks 100% better and the price very reasonable. We’ll definitely call them again when we’re ready for the front yard.
