"The company was very responsive to phone calls and made a very reasonable and competitive bid for a fairly small project. Everyone was very polite and professional. The area was clean and neat when they were finished. The only issue was that the project started several hours later than agreed upon, which was a minor inconvenience due to the time of day, but the owner sent a message about the delayed start time the night before.
