United Electric did an excellent job. Quick, professional, and took time to show me how to use the remote after they were done!

Three different electricians did the various projects at different times--Adam, Mike, and Eric. All three were professional, friendly, and efficient with the use of their knowledge, skill and time. They completed every task on my list AND corrected some things that I hadn't even noticed. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for your next electrical project.

Great! The electrician who came out was on time, professional, and did an excellent job.

We needed a full load center upgrade after losing power in one room, and subsequently finding out the breaker box was an absolute mess and a hazard. That's what we get for buying a flipped house. I requested quotes from multiple providers, only United and one other actually completed the quotes. United's Quote was $400 less than the competitor. Even then, the competitor took 2 weeks longer to complete just THE QUOTE. United had the quote done a few days after my request. United's Staff were thorough, arrived early, and completed the project on time. Power was turned off at 8am, back on at about 4pm. Staff even stayed on site when it was done to work with me to ensure the new breakers were labeled correct (thanks to being a flip, the house has some very weird wiring.) I will absolutely hire them again for any work I need that requires a licensed electrician.

Fantastic, despite the age of the box and the home, Adam was able to make the needed repairs and save us a weekend without A/C. He made multiple trips between our home and his shop to search for unusual items and coordinate with TEP to make sure we had our power back. He was kind, concerned, professional and very skilled. Even after a long day with other emergencies he had handled all day, he kept on working on our problem until it was corrected

By and large, very well. Only the drum switch replacement didn't go, and that was because I had the wrong type motor. They isolated or fixed the problems with the outside lights. They're coming back to finish the problems with the lights and rewire them to code.

It went extremely well. James, Conroy and Ryan did a wonderful job in my kitchen running 2 new lines in order to relocate 10 outlets preparatory to our having a new backsplash installed. They also installed under cabinet lites. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the work and the quality of the people. James did an excellent job of problem solving whenever they ran into a temporary road block. His professional bearing and solid work ethic were evident from the start.The team worked together very smoothly and anticipated each other's needs along the way. The lead man saw to it that the work kept moving along and also did a good job of utitlizing the talents of the others. Everyone on the team was hard working and friendly as could be.They were also speedy which we greatly appreciated. One thing that meant a lot to us was the level of communication they provided to us. At each major juncture of the project, we were told exactly what was going on and what would be done to address the issue. They were prompt (arriving just a tad before the appointed time) and they cleaned up beautifully after each days work. They were straight forward about what it would cost and we thought it was totally reasonable. I had 2 other estimates but I am so happy I chose United Electric. I really don't know what else anyone could expect. The company secretary is also extremely pleasant and professional. I give them all an A+++++ and would recommend them to anyone. .

Adam and his team completed a medium sized job in my home. Throughout the process they communicated clearly, were prompt to answer questions and concerns, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right and up to code. 10/10

An electrician came out and could find nothing. I was charged $131 for labor and have no problem with that. He suggested I replace older lights and have wiring to lights and connections checked. I did this at a cost of $556. After finishing that work, the workers said "gee, you've got a lot on that circuit; maybe you should just put the exterior lights on a different circuit." The problem continued so i followed their advice at a cost of $177. I have no problem with the quality of their work, but why wasn't the option of a new circuit mentioned at the first visit? Ignorance or greed?

My experience with United Electric was A+ in every way. Ashley scheduled the initial estimate and then kept me updated on the progress of each aspect of the project. She was awesome and such an asset to the company. Adam and his staff James, Ryan and Alex were absolutely professional in everything they did. Their impeccable work was completed thoroughly and timely as promised. I couldn't have been more pleased with their honesty and integrity. United Electric’s office responded very quickly to my inquiry. The electricians they sent over to do the work were professional and very personable. They understood what I was trying to accomplish and even offered some helpful suggestions to improve the overall project. The final price for the job was less than a competing bid from a general handyman service. I would highly recommend this company.

The team of 2 called ahead and arrived at the scheduled time. They tried to repair and it didn't work, so they replaced the fan. They needed a foot-long spacer too drop the fan, and it didn't come in the box. I ran to Home Depot and bought one. They replaced the fan. They charged me for two hours of work (they were there that long) PLUS a previously undisclosed 1/2 hour travel charge of $50. I. thought that was excessive.

I have used United Electric previously and had been very impressed. So, when it came time to having electrical wiring issues with exterior lights, I called United again. Very professional and responsive. James had finished the job before mine and called to say he was running early and would it be okay if he arrived 45 min ahead of schedule. At this point, I would not go anywhere else for electrical needs.

The panel started having connection problems two days before Christmas. It took a couple of days to determine what exactly was wrong. The high voltage connection was only partially functional. I obtained quotes from three contractors . United was the lowest bid. They performed the work in a timely and efficient manner. I also had them do some additional work which also went well. The electrician (Jim). Performed a very professional, friendly and efficient job. I will use United Electric again.
