He clearly understood pool requirements, as we took those requirements into our build for a future pool installation. Our emails and text exchanges were timely and thorough as we made some design changes during the planning process. Again, Clayton went above and beyond, and was a pleasure to work with on this effort. Payment process: Coordinated with Lynn and Krystal on deposits to get started and payment in full. 100% professional, timely receipts, transactions – no upcharges or hidden costs. Such a professional business. Fence / Gate execution process: Team of two arrived on time for the fence installation and they were work horses! Andrew and Reynaldo (Ray) ensured the fence was 100% level, talked through the project with me before beginning and engaged us as homeowners when there was a question to ensure our expectations were met. At the end the fence and gate install were PERFECT. Andrew’s cuts, welds on site coupled with his overall positive and upbeat personality – again, an incredible experience and 100% satisfied. Security Doors: Jason and a teammate were careful with our existing framing, set everything up, installed the doors (two doors in under two hours) and cleaned up shavings / debris following installation. Extremely professional and thorough. Follow up: The back door lock was a little too tight and Nick was out the next day to adjust. Rockstar. Took the time to answer a question on a future effort we plan to conduct, patient, polite and again – so professional. Conclusion: Affordable Fence and Gates (Pictures attached) is what every other company should strive to achieve…there is clearly a lot of behind-the-scenes training, and it was clear to me each person I engaged with at this company was a true believer in their product / service and each of them provided exemplary customer service. Excellent customer service is such a rare characteristic anymore and to experience it across the entire company is so refreshing. I will be adding another gate in the future and front yard custom fencing – I will not even consider looking to another company for these future efforts. The screen stopped working in the down position, locking us out of our backyard. Obviously, we called immediately and emailed to get on the service list. It took days for anyone to respond and they tried to tell me that the earliest availability is 4 weeks away! I said, this is not acceptable, we do not have access to our backyard. We just got these installed a few months ago and we cannot even let our dogs into the backyard. My reply was minutes after their email communication on 12/5, they replied back to me on 12/21 saying sorry for the delay that is the best they can do. We obviously found another solution, but this service is not acceptable. I was a repeat customer that spent almost $20k with them. Do NOT buy from them, go to someone who values your business and will communicate. There are plenty of options out there

"Have used this service for many years for various types of repairs, and as usual with Ronnie’s Home Service, today’s visit was no exception. Max was able to come by early and did a great job. He identified the problems quickly and set about correcting them. He resolved main problem quickly, which was that the lower track needed to be re-secured. Getting the doors balanced was not as easy as it sounds, but he was persistent and was able to get both doors functioning again. These are 40+ year old doors which have seen a lot of wear-and-tear, but he was able to get them working properly again.
