Prior to trimming my mesquite tree, Carlos walked around the tree with me and explained where it needed trimmed then gave me a written estimate. He came at a timely manner on the work day. He and his assistant cleaned up all of the debris from the tree then Carlos walked around the tree with me again. I am so pleased with how my tree looks. Perhaps two or three years before it needs to be trimmed again. I'm thankful to Carlos for his kindness, professionalism and expertise.
