"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Upon arrival he and his employee did an amazing job prepping the home and repairing wear and cracks to a home that has been left for at least 10 years. He provided DunnEdwards evershield premium paint throughout. Not only did he do the exterior of the house...he applied a third coat to the western wall for durability, painted the walls either side of the house facing the street to match( I am on a half acre lot so far more wall than average). He also painted the interior of the walls in the backyard.
I asked for a twist in the application of the colour scheme choosing to paint an interior courtyard wall in a trim accent colour. This and all else was done perfectly and at a very high standard. There was no rush to get in and get out, rather stay until it was perfect and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I cannot recommend him enough for his abilities, knowledge and work ethics. Truly a rare tradesman today  and someone to hold onto for future projects and for your friends.

"First off I want to say that Agusto was exceptionally nice to make time to come over and inspect and get estimate after that storm. I called on a Friday and he was out that Saturday. He was able to get a crew out to do the work that Wednesday afternoon and they really did a great job, pulled up all the tile around each vent re-installed new fiberglass mesh, cemented and nailed down flashing on each vent. Very happy with the work done for a fair price."

"Shannon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable, courteous, and thorough and even developed an immediate relationship with our three big dogs. Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness. "He was the general contractor for the project and sent out a painter. I had requested for a seam between the two rooms to be fixed and that was my main concern. The painter really didn’t do what I asked him. He then offered to come back out to fix everything. We fixed some of it ourselves, but the painter did end up having someone else to fix it. The general contractor did offer us Price cut because of all the problems. I would never use the painter again. However, he made right on everything. They were very apologetic and nice on the phone, I just wasn’t happy with the recommendation on the painter."
