A month later when the problem arose for a third time we went on "Angi' seeking a replacement of the line. Robert of Coles Excavating contacted me along with a number of others. His personal conversations, both helpful and informative, impressed me; also his comparatively lower bid. Coles Excavating not only did a fine job replacing the water line, (I waited 30+ days before sending in this review) but Robert's continuing information and support as things progressed was greatly appreciated. My experience with Cole's, in a stressful situation, was truly an excellent one."

They started the job at the time they said they would. They kept me informed of the progress, what was going to be needed, each next step, and met the completion time they projected. When they were almost done, I found that I had not communicated exactly what I needed and it wasn't done quite the way I had intended. After I was clear on what it was I wanted, without a blink, sour word, or any frustration, they simply went to work to give me what I wanted. The entire mistake was mine for not being clear and yet they were happy to fix what was almost done. All of this and the final bill was exactly what I had been originally quoted.
