Coles Excavating not only did a fine job replacing the water line, (I waited 30+ days before sending in this review) but Robert's continuing information and support as things progressed was greatly appreciated. "I have worked with many contractors over the years and H-Bros Excavating is by far the best experience I have ever had. They showed up when they said they would to provide an estimate. They started the job at the time they said they would. They kept me informed of the progress, what was going to be needed, each next step, and met the completion time they projected. When they were almost done, I found that I had not communicated exactly what I needed and it wasn't done quite the way I had intended. After I was clear on what it was I wanted, without a blink, sour word, or any frustration, they simply went to work to give me what I wanted. The entire mistake was mine for not being clear and yet they were happy to fix what was almost done. All of this and the final bill was exactly what I had been originally quoted. "Very Well. We can’t say enough about H-Bros excavating! When we approached Marcus to come bid on our job. We were impressed. He seemed to know what he was talking about and told us we would need a D6 or D8 cat to rip all the rocks from the area we wanted flattened. He said he could probably get it done with a D6 and quoted it for that. He ended up bringing a D8 which worked out great since it could rip the rocks a lot faster. To our delight we got done 2 days early. Marcus and team started the job on schedule, were on time each day and worked hard and long hours. They were very professional and very personable. They wanted to make sure that they did the job exactly how we wanted it done. Customer satisfaction was very important to them. They went above and beyond our expectations and we are extremely happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone! They were a pleasure to work with and very honest.
