His personal conversations, both helpful and informative, impressed me; also his comparatively lower bid. Coles Excavating not only did a fine job replacing the water line, (I waited 30+ days before sending in this review) but Robert's continuing information and support as things progressed was greatly appreciated. After I was clear on what it was I wanted, without a blink, sour word, or any frustration, they simply went to work to give me what I wanted.
