"Communication" - Keeping customers updated on when windows are being made, shipped, delivered, and installed would be very helpful. - If there are any delays, a quick update goes a long way. - Timely responses to calls or emails ensure questions or concerns aren’t missed. - Making sure installers have all materials on hand helps avoid delays. - If the crew needs to return to complete the job, clear communication—both verbal and written—would be appreciated. - Sharing photos of the completed work would be a nice touch. - Having someone perform a quick quality check and obtain customer sign-off would make the process feel complete. "Quality" - Making sure windows are installed plumb, level, and square per manufacturer and AAMA/FGIA standards. - Verifying that seals and insulation are properly applied to prevent air or water leaks. - Checking that all windows open, close, and lock smoothly with no gaps. - Ensuring glass and frames are clean and free of scratches or residue before completion. - Taking a few minutes to walk the customer through the finished work and provide maintenance or warranty details. - Leaving the work area clean and free of debris after installation. "For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. No detail was ignored as far as dealing with everything on the roof such as antennas and my swamp cooler. Very well done! Thank you so much Fort Selden Roofing! I will definitely recommend their services without a doubt."

"I ordered the sliding glass door on Feb 2nd. Was told 12-16 weeks, which was fine. Finally got a call for install at 18 weeks in mid June. Installation crew was great. They came and during installation, discovered that the glass doors delivered didn’t fit the frame, and they would have to “rush” a replacement order. They did their best to insulate the frame, but left several open gaps to the outside where 110+ degree Arizona heat could get inside. I had to call them 3 times to get an ETA for the replacement door panels that they mis-ordered, and am finally given an estimate of Aug 1. Then it moves to Aug 15. Installation finally scheduled, with a timing window of 12-2PM. At 2, I call and am told the driver is 40 minutes away. After 1.5 hours, I call back, and the driver tells me he thought I was in Mesa, and he’s now over an hour away. It has been one mistake after another with over 6 months time passing from order to final install, very poor communication, and no conveyed concern or sense of urgency or empathy to resolve my issue. I never write these, but simply could not let this one go without addressing. Do not use Window World of Phoenix."

"Thomas was very attentive to my need. This is the second home I had my roof foamed. It truly helps insulate and the electric bill in the summer. He and his brothers were very friendly and professional . I would HIGHLY recommend Thomas and his crew for your home need. They offer many more home needs and repairs. "Amazing! Adam, Ethen, Dan and Kage are Amazing installers they were so professional. Clean I might add. We had them installed right before Easter not a huge job but, a decent 31 windows on a 1980 home! It was like they popped them in and out! Magic. I would not recommend any other company!"

"I have no idea how long this roof is going to last......I was told by TWO owners that I would have a 10 year warranty. When I made my last payment, they told me they would not give me a receipt at the time, (never had that happen before) it would be mailed to me along with the warranty. My bad for believing what they told me.......it is a 5 YEAR warranty.....by the 10th year I am paying 90% of the repairs. I could have had a 25 year warranty with shingles. Also I chose this way-more-expensive roofing rather than shingles because I didn't want the mess of taking shingles off (bad experience in the past). Well, little did I know they use the cheapest Styrofoam on the planet.....I had pieces of white styrofoam all over my gravel yard, and I am still finding it. They did come out twice to clean up, but if I wanted a mess I would have gone with shingles at half the cost. They also knew this, and never mentioned this would happen. Also where it rolls over the roof and is attached looks crappy in my opinion. They did try to make it look better but I will have to paint it. Shingles....no. However, on the good side, it does seem to keep my house cooler, as white is the only color they have and it reflects the sun. BUT if the roof only lasts 5 years, well any savings from cooling will not make a difference. I gave them 2 stars because I believe they lied to me about the warranty. So if you do business with them, ASK BEFORE YOU BUY! I guess I just trust people too much."
