"In July, your non emergency A/C replacement has to come after emergencies. We were flexible with that. How can anyone say another home has to do without while we upgrade? But we had a drop dead date when we were going out of town, and someone would be house and pet sitting for us. We couldn't leave them potentially with no air. So they got it done well in advance and in time to make some adjustments. The Trane A/C they installed is the most efficient model available from Trane and it is spectacular The total install, including the inside unit and the garage roof unit took about 7 hours. They brought portable A/C for downstairs and upstairs and the house cooled down very quickly with out new A/C. The owner and one of his staff did the install. All employees including office staff have been just great and amazing to work with. What a pleasure."

"I called about getting a quote for my bathroom drywall.  As Bill was at a job, he asked me to send him some pictures of the bathroom.  He also said he would try to get over to see it that night.  I agreed with sending the pictures and promptly got side tracked.  I have children.  The next day he called with an apology about not making it over.  I was pleasantly surprised as I hadn't made an appointment and had completely forgot about the pictures.  He sent a man right out.  Day one: we got a very reasonable quote.  Day two: we had an electrician come out to do some rewiring (who is now our regular guy, thank you Bill).  Day three: Bill's crew came out for the install.  On a holiday.  The crew was prompt, experienced, neat and tidy, and very pleasant to work with.  And wow!  The drywall is beautiful.  The seams are perfectly laid with no bumps.  You can't even see where the seam tape was placed.  The orange peel is just the right amount.  And they expertly fixed the wall that our old plumber made a mess of when installing our tub.  I even got a follow up call to make sure I still loved the room.  Bill made me feel like I was the most important client he had.  Exactly how I wanted to feel.  I really can't say enough about these guys.  They live up to their name.  It really is drywall perfection.
