"This was an Angie's deal and I do not remember the cost.
 I had had some minor leaking around the exhaust hood vent and another leak seemingly from around a vent on the roof in close approximatety to the kitchen sink during the past year or two, which is why I had purchased the deal. The shingles have a 30 year guarantee, the roof is about 12 years old. Several months ago I called Arthur King to schedule the inspection, a few days later I was aware someone or someones on the roof of my home. I did not receive a phone call or any sort of inspection report so assumed there issues, areas or concernfound or areas in need of repair, until the first monsoon/storm this summer.  When went ariund 4:00 or 5:500 I sI woke up to find  flooded floor and water pouring out of my ceiling in both those areas in my kitchen.  Despite my best efforts at cleaning up the 6 plus incomehes of water, setting spoke to the The water leaks around the vents in the kitchen was must likely due to the high winds as th.  Every at had also happened to many other homeowners for the first time with these storms. I would be more confident on that being the cause if these storms had been the first time. Everyone I spoke with at Arthur King were pleasant, and they did not charge me for the additional work, but I am not confident have thar aae problem has been located and repaired.o

Gilbert Armada Roofing was my 3rd estimate. I wasn't home the day he came for inspection but my brother-in-law was there to meet him and was very impressed with Mr. Armada's manner, his professional inspection and also impressed that Mr. Armada found things and pointed out items that the other two inspectors did not (or they overlooked). Once I made my decision the repairs and services were performed according to my schedule, on time, no delays, no rescheduling and best of all, NO MESS left behind. "The paint job was fantastic, I am thrilled with the quality of the work that was done.  I have done almost all the work on this house myself but didn't have time to get this done, so I really wanted to feel like the company doing the work was going to do a better job then I would have.  That was definitely the case here, the painter was very thorough, did a lot of sanding and caulking that I would have overlooked and the end result was great, we couldn't be happier with the way it looks.
On the chimney repair there was a mis-communication between what I wanted and what the roofer ended up doing.  I was looking to have step flashing installed around the chimney and the roofer did a different style.  The roofer was a sub contractor that was not there at the time Brian gave me the estimate, so I would advise that if a sub shows up to do the work, make sure that you are on the same page before they get started.  I was happy with the quality of the work, I got up on the roof and saw what they were doing before they left and I have no doubt the leak was fixed, it just wasn't the style I wanted and the finished product looked a little unfinished to me. 
This is where I was most impressed with Brian and Audubon, he promptly addressed all of my concerns and worked with me until I was happy with the finished product.  He himself came out and painted the flashing a different color to make it blend in better with my home.   I'm also fairly certain that his estimate ended up being a little low, as the roofers worked on the flashing they found some material under the roof tiles that had to be replaced, so I suspect there were cost overruns.  However Brian stuck to his original estimate which was very impressive. 
To me the most important thing you can say about a business is that they have honesty and integrity, and I feel comfortable saying Brian has those attributes.   I would be very comfortable working with him again in the future."
