"Out of 5 companies that came to the property to give me proposals for the termite control only The Termite Assassin had a plan to treat the interior walls of an adobe home built in the 1950's. I had studied the problem on my own and talked with Do-it-yourself pest control and I already had a treatment plan in mind. The Termite Assassin was the only one, out of five companies, that did what my extensive research indicated was the necessary treatment. If I could give Richard six stars I would."

"Very professional, never a problem with their service."

"We love Green Machine Pest Control!! It's a family owned and operated company that truly cares about their customers. They take care of all of our pest control needs. All of the techs are extremely knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!!"

"Danny and his assistant, Kevin, are professional and knowledgeable about mouse and pest control. They put mouse bait stations around the house, plus I requested a perimeter pest control spray. They also suggested adding rodent spray foam to fill a small opening on porch, and to add a flange to a door on the porch. They have come back twice since the initial visit, and are good about texting me to give me a heads up about their arrival time. They are also very personable, and make mouse and pest control almost fun. I can them the Mouse Squad."

"We've had Naturzone treat our property since we moved into our several years ago and have never had a problem. Tim Holliday provides our service and we appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and friendly way of doing business. He always takes the time to thoroughly treat our yard and answer any questions we have. I would not hesitate to recommend Naturzone (and Tim) to anyone looking for pest control services."

"I have to say that had I not sold the home, I most certainly would have kept them. As I mentioned, I rarely saw insects in the house and never had a problem with scorpions, as is common in the Phoenix area.
The pigeon issue was quite the ordeal, though. We had those nasty creatures nesting on the rooftop and pooping everywhere. It was disgusting! I called Preventive and the service tech, Zach, came out and gave us an estimate on what it would take to remove the pigeons, clean it up, and install netting to keep them from coming back. The estimate was very reasonable so I didn't bother calling any other company for a quote. Zach came back on the scheduled day and spent several hours on the roof in the heat, cleaning and getting rid of nests, pigeon poo, and even a few pigeon carcasses up there (yuk!). He then installed the netting to keep them out. Unfortunately the pigeons managed to get through one of the of the nets and get back in there, but I call to Preventive and Zach was back out there in no time, fixed the netting (somehow it hadn't stayed tacked down, but this time he made sure it wasn't going get loose again), and we haven't had an issue since! that was well over a year ago.
I would definitely recommend Preventive. The bi-monthly service is simple - they come and spray all around the house foundation and note if they see any issues. I rarely needed them to spray inside - once for the initial service and then another time when we had an ant problem. The price was very reasonable and they were always professional, friendly, and prompt.
