"The service and quality of the work was excellent. The owner, Paul, and his colleague, Mike, were courteous, prompt, informed me of the process and did what they said they were going to do. They picked up the first rug (3' x 10') from my house that had the pet stain and cleaned it. I was out of town for a bit so they held the rug for return to me based on my schedule. Unplanned, I had the second rug (10' x 13.5') cleaned, as it needed it from daily wear, given the good service they provided with my first rug. This is the third time I have used this company. They have been consistent with the service they provide. I have been nothing but pleased with the service and quality these professionals provide, hence, my return business."

When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet.
