"I hesitated to ever do this review because it was so long ago! But AL keeps sending me requests for review and since I think this is what we go on Angie's List for - to determine who is reliable, professional or not I decided to do this review! They were very nice people, they did a good job in cleaning out chimney and not making a mess. So I also had them do my dryer vent which exhausts up and out through a vent on my flat roof . I thought it would be simple to accomplish! However, he pulled the vent cover off.. instead of trying to find a way to unscrew or ???? and when he did so, he ripped it out of its mooring and cannot be put back on properly. and since I had foam and elastomeric roof coating this was ripped out of that coating and left a big gash of open foaming! Next time it rained... leaked into the ceiling of bedroom below this. I had stated when he was doing it... you can't pull that off there it is imbedded in the roofing! So I feel that this was not a very professional decision on his part to see this was going to be and then chose to pull that off there and thereby create the leak issue!"

"As of yesterday 07/12/2012 at approximately 4:19pm I got a call from the boss Vince of Ductz location Phoenix and Tucson. He insisted I quit when I kept telling him I never quit. But since he was in a recorded line he wanted me to say I quit. That I never said it, only after repeating it and saying I never quit stop lying. Well to be frank, Vince has us doing half-*** jobs for we never have all the equipment we need. The work trucks are always breaking down. Riding around Arizona in the heat with no A/C is just wrong. When i got rehired he said he had so much work lined up and that it would be 40 plus hours a week. Yet we have only been seeing 24 hour weeks. Let a lome last week we only did 11 hours of work for the week. As he went out to vacation we were stuck in Arizona with no work and ****** pay. No commission either for this job when we make him 1k plus a day and we can't even get 15% commission when we are the one's getting everything done and putting our face to the company along with our hard work, not him. Lately we been driving around in a work truck with no turn singles at all. So yes very dangerous and he seems to not care. He over charges for duct cleaning work and tell us to do the best we can with the equipment we have. So 9 out of 10 times we do a job half-assed jobs. I'm writing this for people to be aware of this company. Also for customers to complain to Vince thw boss not to the employees. As we don't have a saying in the equipment we have. That's all Vince the boss who is at fault. I don't recommend Ductz to anyone. So many other company's that are a lot cheaper than Ductz and does a way better job as well. Ductz over all is over priced and half-assed. This is in Ductz of Phoenix & Tucson, Arizona. They also try to tell you to look processional when the supervisor Max looks like a bum off the streets and they don't even give you new work shirts. Only ones with holes and stains on it."

"First, Mark answered a ton of questions that I had about the product and the install process. Convinced that Solar concepts was the right company, I scheduled an install for the 4 10" SolaTubes. The installer, who has years of experience, looked at my proposed locations and suggested that in the biggest bathroom, where I had planned for two units, I really only needed one there. Basically, he was cutting my cost by 25%! Of course, he was absolutely right, because all 3 bathrooms now have glorious natural light all day and the one in the "big" bathroom is way enough light. With the LED nightlights installed, there is even plenty of light at night, so you don't have to turn on the "regular" lights and disturb your sleep pattern. They put plastic and drop cloths on everything and didn't leave a speck of dust. I am completely satisfied and will even get a rebate on my taxes for installing a qualified energy saving device. I only wish I had done this years ago. This company did a great job!"

"We bought a new washer and dryer and after only 3 weeks the "check vent" light came on. My first thought was a malfunction, but after some inquiries and research, we learned that cleaning the lint filter in the dryer after every load isn't enough. I called Dryer Vent Doctor and spoke to Paul, who explained the machine needs clear air flow to the outside (also to prevent a fire). He explained the process, set an appointment for less than 2 days away, and arrived precisely on time. Paul was very personable and professional and instilled a lot of confidence in us. The quality of his work was outstanding: he cleaned out the entire duct, working from both the bottom of the vent and from the roof. He also discovered and removed a misplaced baffle left from original construction that was partially blocking the duct. The entire process took just under 1/2 hour. It was the best $99 we've spent in a long time. We will definitely hire Paul on a regular basis now (once a year or two) to keep our dryer vent cleared out, and highly recommend him."

"Joe filter replaced fridge filter, RO filters and furnace filters. The tech was quick efficient and professional. They had the correct filters in their truck and it went so smooth. It was some time ago so I don’t recall the exact price but I believe it was less than $100. I will use them again"
