I came home from a trip on a Thursday evening to find my condo sitting about 100 degrees and the A/C was blowing hot July-in-Phoenix air. I got Honest Air's number the next morning. They came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. Had it fixed the next morning once they could get the parts needed. They were very responsive, polite, punctual and open about hte repairs needed. I wil definitely used them again!

Eric and his team responded the same day our air conditioning failed. Though he was working that day on the farthest side of Phoenix from us, he made time to come to our rescue in the 100 degree heat. As a senior citizen with a health condition that can be aggravated by excessive heat, I feel more than comfortable relying upon Eric. We have had the pleasure of trusting in Eric for years and greatly appreciate his honesty, knowledge, care and responsiveness. Eric and his company are the very best we have experienced in the 28 years we have been in the Phoenix area. I would consider none other.

I had talked with Eric a month before this install about air purifier systems. We chose the type of system we wanted added to our furnace and called Honest Air Care and Home Services to come back out and install the system. They were able to come out a couple days later. Eric was able to install it in an hour and half. He cleaned up after he completed the task. My husband and I are very pleased with the Reme Halo and felt immediate improvement in our allergies and dust control. The office was efficient in scheduling the install date. Eric was professional, and did a great job installing it.

Eric was able to identify the problem as to why we were having difficulty removing the air filter in the furnace and proceeded to get the stuck filter out so that we can now change the air filters monthly. He then discovered a burned out light that cleans the air cleaner. We discussed different types of air cleaners so we can make a decision on staying with the light by replacing it or getting a different kind that is good with allergies, which we have. He took the time to check our air vents because I thought they were closed but he noticed that there was a difference of temperatures of up to 6 degrees more from one side of the house to the other that may have been affected by twist and turns in the duct work in our house. In checking the air conditioner, he noticed what looked like oil but when he checked the air condition fluid all was okay. Eric was thorough with the inspections and fixes and explained what could be done and let us decide if it was to be done.

Geo and Chi made this call and they were great. Geo explained in good detail what he found and what was recommended. They also took care of a couple other minor things to improve the operation. They were efficient, professional and pleasant to have around. I originally called these folks since I was completely disappointed in the practices of my previous HVAC contractor and was looking for a new company. The difference was night and day and I am happy to have made the switch in contractors.

Same day service- Eric was super nice and spent the extra time to review the issue and discuss additional options. We will definitely be calling them back for our start up service!

Did a great job.

It went well. They used a vacuum that looked like a heavy duty shop vac. It was not truck mounted. The previous air duct cleaning company used a solution and their vacuum was truck mounted. I am not sure if I would use them again.

Made appointment with Andy on the phone and Lance was my service man. Both gentlemen were indeed gentlemen. Lance even called to ask if he could come early. 12 vents cleaned in 1.5 hours. Advised I call manufacturer because the unit wasn't blowing cold enough air. Never tried to upsell me for additional service. Highly recommend!

The technician showed up on time, explained the job thoroughly, then went to work for several hours. The technician was careful and did a very good job. The cost was exactly as stated and the payment process was simple. I was very impressed with this company.

Very straight-forward and thorough inspection of 2 A/C units

Lance came out to clean out our dryer vent in a house that we are renting. He was great! The vent was so clogged he needed to clean it out from both the roof and inside the house. He explained everything he was going to do and showed us the amount of debris clogging the system. When it came time to settling the bill, I was honestly expecting the upfront quoted charge to have gone up due to the duration and extent of cleaning the vent that was needed. Lance easily could have upped the price, and it probably would have been warranted. I would recommend Honest Air Care and Home Services and Lance anytime. Thank you for being honest and thorough!

I was told a serviceman would be out between 8-9 am, that didn't happen, however, the serviceman did call and say he would be out in about 20 minutes prior 9 am, so he arrived at 9:15 am. This was fine for us, and I have no complaint, but if I was needing to get to a job I would want a more prompt arrival. The serviceman, Lance, was very professional and did the work in a safe and efficient manor.

I called Honest Air after hours on a Saturday evening because my air conditioning system was blowing air, but not cooling, and my house was heating up. Luckily, their technician Eric was already in my neighborhood and he arrived at my door in 20 minutes. He got right to work and within 10 minutes had diagnosed the problem - a small leak. Eric described a couple of different options for doing the repair and fully explained the pros and cons of each option, in terms of both cost and the potential (if any) for follow-on problems later. He also advised that because the company that originally installed the AC unit (not Honest Air) 4 years ago hadn't installed it properly, I could be looking at other issues with it if some corrective work wasn't done. But he said the corrective work was entirely optional, it didn't need to be done immediately, and he described the situation objectively without pressuring me or trying to scare me into signing an expensive maintenance contract (which I appreciated). Eric was efficient, pleasant, and very easy to deal with, as was the person who answered my initial call to Honest Air. I feel that the price charged was fair for the job performed. I will never deal again with the company that installed my AC, but will go back to Honest Air next time my AC needs service.

Excellent! Brandon was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. Corrected air registers that were on upside down/backwards. The house instantly smells and feels clean and fresh. Highly recommend using Honest Air Care!
