He did what he said that he was going to do but he just had a vacuum cleaner with a wand. We expected him to have a brush vacuum cleaner system so that he would get the lint off the walls of the piping. I could have done what he did with my vacuum if I had a long hose. He was punctual and courteous and did the job quickly.

They honored my coupon when I couldn't schedule that would work for them or me before the coupon expiration. The dryer works better. Fast and prompt.

Terrible:
When you issued the confirmation, no phone number or email contact for the vendor was provided, so, silly me, I wrote a note; SEE Below. So, when i returned to the area and presumed it had been done (he had contacted and coordinated one of those dates with my son) I receive a note from Angies that it's NOT done.
NOW, I search for and finally guess at a couple phone numbers, call and get this BS answer:
We don't ever call or email; we'd have to hire another person to do that. The buyer has to contact us. (DUH, HOW?) and no, of course, I can't schedule before it expires.
First off, Angie, why would you confirm a purchase without contact information ? that's on you. Secondly, I hope you will pull these guys from any possible promotions. (Ironically, he spent more time talking to me about how to get a refund with you than it woud have taken him to call when asked!)

"Completely inaccurate. Customer was provided with business phone number from the initial purchase To schedule an appointment. Customer scheduled an appointment and never showed up. Customer was advised very nicely on how to get a refund since no service Was performed even though never showed up to a scheduled appointment."
