It was horrible from the moment the technician arrived. He complained about the custom cabinetry around my dryer and even damaged the edge of the wood at the bottom. He said that the dryer vent hose and the cord were too short and rather than come up with a long-term solution, he called another technician to help him put it back in place. So I had to pay double for two technicians. And, as it turns out, he didn't put the hose back in place securely and about one month after the cleaning, I had moisture and heat venting directly into my cabinet when the hose came loose. I had to call another appliance company that came out with ONE technician and without struggle replaced the hose with a longer more flexible hose and a longer power cord. I would not use Mr. Appliance again after this fiasco - poor customer service and poor problem solving.

I was able to message Mr. Appliance on the weekend and made an appointment for Monday morning. Mr. Appliance was on time. Very professional, and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our refrigerator. Will definitely be calling or messaging Mr. Appliance for any future needs.

The repair man earned every dollar I paid. He did more than required by changing position of washer and dryer and balanced machines as well. It was a lot of work for him

"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry to hear you had to replace your refrigerator. As you know, we warranty our repairs for a period of one year. Looking at your service history I noticed that on the initial service call your refrigerator was not running at all. We replaced a power control board and got it running. After that you found the refrigerator was still not cooling efficiently so we came back out free of charge to examine why. We found your variable speed compressor to be running at one speed, high speed so we replaced the control board at our cost. After still not getting the results you wanted we came out again and found the variable speed compressor to be the issue. The compressor in that refrigerator is very dependable and has a very low failure rate. However, replacing them is rather pricey and I not only understand your decision to purchase a new refrigerator, I agree with it. Unfortunately, the compressor was what caused the initial board failure and we couldn't know that until we got the refrigerator running again. Our refrigerator stopped running in the afternoon and I called Mr. Appliance at 5:00 PM. They answered and scheduled a service call the next morning. Daren arrived as promised and diagnosed the problem. He had the electrical replacement part on the truck and within less than 24 hours the refrigerator was back in operation. I would definitely use them again.

Just to preface this;, the beginning has to do with the reason we contacted Mr. Appliance of Midtown.  The door lock mechanism for my washer was no longer functioning. We contacted the warranty repair company and they setup a service with another company.  When they called to schedule the time to come out, we gave them the error code from the washer and told them what Whirlpool said was the problem.  We did this so we wouldn't have to wait two weeks for a part.  The technician showed up as scheduled, a week after the initial call and looked at the washer.  He verified the code that we gave him and said that he will order the part and contact us in a week when he had the part.  We told him that we already gave the information to his dispatch so that he could have the part when he came out.  He said that's his job and not theirs.  When we asked to speak to his supervisor he said he didn't have one. 

After he left we contacted warranty people and said we wanted someone else to fix our washer.  They suggested Mr. Appliance of Midtown and I am glad that they did.  They were prompt in getting in contact with us and scheduling a time to fix the washer.  We gave the error code from the washer to them and told them what Whirlpool said would be the problem, the door lock mechanism.  The technician showed up with part in hand and replaced the mechanism.  We were very happy with the prompt response and professionalism of Mr. Appliance of Midtown and will gladly do business with them again.

We have used Mr Appliance multiple times over the past two plus years. They are very friendly, helpful and responsive on the phone. The technicians are super knowledgeable and really take the time to get it right. I thought I was going to have to replace my dishwasher, but the repairman replaced a gasket and let me know what type of dishwasher soap to use, and it works like new! I've found in the past that many repair companies either don't want to take the time or don't have the skill set to complete a repair. They are definitely our go-to company.

George arrived promptly and after a friendly conversation about what might be wrong, went, confidently, right to work.  We had tried to fix it ourselves and were out of ideas.  After just a few minutes of examining the dishwasher, George knew exactly what to do.  He quickly ordered a new part, which came in cheaper than buying a whole new dishwasher.  The dishwasher is still going strong.

It went very well. George was fast, very pleasant and porofessional.
Our freezer was useless to us. George fixed it, and noticed during the job that our condenser coils were dirty (makes the freezer work harder). He also cleaned the coils without charging us for it.
