They did the chimney cleaning. Then told me they also do dryer vent/exhaust cleaning. My exhaust pipe is on the roof and has a rainshield cover over all the pipes next to it. I went up to check on how this was being done and he had literally ripped up one side of the rain shield. I have a flat roof and it has been foamed so he couldn't see the screws needed to access to unscrew it and remove. The foam was ripped up as well. Some time after that it rained! Rain poured down through the light fixture above my dryer. I have not found a way to get that back on there. I have attempted to seal it, I have covered it totally and then have to go up and remove lint from inside of the "cover" and that worked .... until recently during a deluge it leaked yet again! I was not going to ever say anything about it. Bu"FINISH YOUR REVIEW" keeps popping up and because of the last rain I decided it was so annoying and wrong for someone to arbitrarily rip up at least a 4 inch section of a foam roof needs to be said!

Fabulous. I found them on another website (beginning with Rosie). Called them Monday morning... they had availabilty that afternoon. Clayton came out to our newly purchased home & checked both items. Since the chimney had apparently been cleaned prior to purchase and the dryer vent about 4 feet long, they discounted the price. Both dispatcher (Becky) and Clayton were very nice & mannerly. Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. Thank you, so much!

We had Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts clean our chimney three years ago...its was $150 then and the same great service. So, this year was no different. We needed our wood burning fireplace and chimney cleaned. I requested a quote and quickly received an email which included cost and a description of the work covered. Normally it would cost $175, but they were running a coupon special for $150. Called and booked the appt. through Becky who was professional and very friendly. Mike arrived on time the following Saturday and was quick and efficient. He checked everything out, stated we could go another three years between cleanings if we keep burning they way were are, and he was on his way to his next appointment. Such a nice guy and very honest. Their card will remain on our refrigerator and we will be calling them again in three years for the same service. Thanks Becky and Mike for such great service.

The tech went above and beyond. My dryer was hard to move but Sean was diligent in getting it out, cleaning the vent and getting it all put back together again. My dryer does work more efficiently now.

Sean did a thorough cleaning of our chimney which hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years. He covered the hearth and carpeting nearby and vacuumed during and after the cleaning process. He also installed a flue cap per our additional request that same trip. When it was time to clean the dryer vent, he took one look and said that it wasn’t in need of cleaning and didn’t charge the fee for it. He had to access the vent through the roof where he got a clear view of the vent. We will definitely call AZ Chimney and Air Ducts again for service in the future.

The dryer vent had not been cleaned in years. Consequently, the cleaning effort required multiple steps as the technician returned to the vent escape (rooftop) several times to be sure it was clear. The technician was very thorough, cleaning out about 1 pound of lint/long-hair (I have 2 girls). No additional charge for the work. Cost of service same as phone quote. Would use this company again in a heartbeat.

When we first contacted with them to set up an appointment, Becky got back to us and everything was set up within 2 hours from our initial contact. We planned to have a dryer vent and two chimneys cleaned. Sean was the technician, and he was professional, polite and knowledgable. After cleaning the dryer vent, he checked the two chimneys and told us those were in good condition and did not need to be cleaned at this time. We appreciated his honesty. We will definitely hire Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts again.
