Jim Warren, owner of A1 Dryer Vent Cleaning did an expert job. He was professional, extremely competent, on-time and enthusiastically explained each step in the cleaning process. He took great care in moving my dryer in a fashion that would not mark up my tile and fully cleaned up the area when he completed the job. Highly recommend!

Jim showed up and we explained to him the our dryer does not working properly lately and we suspect that the reason is clogged air duct. He took pictures and showed us the the duct is dirty but not clogged. Jim did clean up the duct and also replace the tube from the dryer to the duct to new sorter and flexible model without any extra charge. I would recommend Jim to anyone that need good and professional dryer vent cleaning.

Jim Warren was amazing! He came out and found out the Pest Company I hired to seal up my house had put a rodent screen on my dryer vent exhaust port on the roof! He took it off and fixed it and cleaned my dryer vent. He even offered to replaced a roof tile he noticed was broken while he was up there! Talk about customer service! I will definitely be calling him again for my new house!

Had a very full dryer vent and lint and pet hair gumming up the dryer itself. Jim was able to clear the obstructed vent and clean out the dryer.

James was very personable over the phone. He was able to come out the next morning and take care of this. My HOA manager said this service should not cost more than $100, so A1 was spot on for price. My property is the lower floor of a 2 story. He had to go to the roof to get to the vent. James also replaced the dryer hose at no extra cost. I also called him that evening to get more information and he called back and left a detailed message that answered all my questions. I would highly recommend A1.

Jim showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. He then turned on my dryer and went to the roof of my single story home to clean the pipe, he nearly filled a 5 gallon bucket. The air flow improvement went from 7mph to 19 mph. Having this done by a professional was worth every penny. I will be calling Jim again!

Jim called me back within a few hours of my initial call and scheduled the work for the following day.  He was punctual, knowledgable, professional, and friendly.  He digitally measured the the air flow and temperature before and after to verify that the cleaning was adequate.  He cleaned up after himself as he worked, and repositioned the dryer to make it fit better in the space available.  Most people in the service industry could take lessons from Jim.

Our clothes were taking multiple cycles to dry. A1 came out the same day I called and cleaned a great deal of wet lint out of the dryer vent. We have never seen clothes dry so quickly as they did last night.

Jim was quick to return my initial call to set up an appointment. He was able to come out to our house within 24 hours of our initial contact. He showed up right on time and gave a thorough explanation of what he would do. After initial inspection, he showed us photos of the inside of our vent pipe near the exit at our second floor roof level. It showed the heavy lint build up and clearly confirmed the need for cleaning. Jim went to work and completely removed all the lint from the pipe from the top down to the dryer. Afterwards, he showed us another picture of our completely clean vent pipe. Upon completion, Jim provided a bill for $89 for the job, which was less than I expected, given the scope of the job.....our vent pipe is a total length of about 42 feet. We will certainly give Jim a call when we need to have the vent pipe cleaned again, and we will recommend him to our neighbors.
